When they returned to work, Li Xun presented a proposal for a new project: Love Blind Box. He was funding the project entirely by himself and had become the largest shareholder in the company. Seeing the images in the game, Zhu Yun realized that Li Xun had gone to the café last time not to flirt but for fieldwork.

Li Xun explained that the blind box concept was like looking for a dance partner after the lights went out—if you couldn’t find a suitable one, you’d keep recharging, ultimately making a profit. Zhu Yun was unhappy, thinking the idea was vulgar and worried about potential complaints. Li Xun promised to develop the game properly and not cross any lines. When they couldn’t agree, Li Xun proposed a vote. Everyone supported his idea.

Zhu Yun, angry, refused to hold the meeting. Li Xun, instead, comforted her. After work, everyone left. Zhu Yun went to the storage room to get something but couldn’t reach it. Li Xun helped, and the two accidentally collapsed a camp bed—right as Zhao Teng and Zhang Fang returned and saw them. They walked away holding umbrellas, pretending they saw nothing. While fixing the bed, Zhu Yun emphasized she wouldn’t be involved in the new project.

Unexpectedly, Li Xun never planned on asking her to help. He just asked her to focus on Invincible Warrior, like before—she worried, and he handled the outside world. Zhu Yun helped Li Xun find a new place to stay and even reserved a room for a studio. But Li Xun wanted to give that room to Hou Ning because he believed Hou Ning would come back.

While packing, Zhu Yun noticed that Li Xun’s shirt, which she had worn, was never washed. She told him to clean it because she had worn it. Li Xun said he already used it as pajamas. Zhu Yun blushed on the spot. Ren Di and Xiao Liu had also reached a breaking point. After becoming famous with Ren Di, Xiao Liu no longer cared about quality—he only cared about traffic.

He used to listen to everything Ren Di said, but now he was obsessed with fame and even told Ren Di that Qinghong no longer belonged solely to her. He wouldn’t leave just because she wanted him to. He was a hacker who had once embezzled money from a small company and served seven years in prison. His skills were excellent, and he had fallen out with Li Xun. Gao Jianhong told Fang Zhijing to investigate thoroughly and then find him. When Zhu Yun and Zhao Teng arrived at the company, they saw Tian Xiuzhu downstairs and assumed he was there for Zhu Yun.

Zhao Teng hurried to inform Li Xun, urging him to go down and stop someone from stealing his girl. But Li Xun didn’t move. Instead, Tian Xiuzhu came upstairs—it turned out Li Xun had invited him. The two talked for a long time in the office. Super fan Guo Shijie immediately went looking for the best tea to serve Tian Xiuzhu. That evening, Tian Xiuzhu left with Zhu Yun. She curiously asked what they talked about.

Tian Xiuzhu spoke about the game—he was very interested in Li Xun’s blind box game and thought it was quite good. He was only worried about Li Xun’s health, believing he was unwell due to lack of rest. Tian Xiuzhu said he was going to France for an art exhibition and hoped Zhu Yun could go with him. When Zhu Yun was about to decline, Tian Xiuzhu interrupted her, asking her to think carefully before giving an answer. One night, Gao Jianhong found Hou Ning hiding in a garage.
