Nan Yan secretly scanned the crowd and found only two God Transformation cultivators: Meng Xiaolou and Mu Guanghan. Mu Guanghan proudly introduced Nan Yan's identity to everyone and then announced the re-election of the Emperor.

As the previous Emperor was Shao Cang, this Emperor selection was particularly important. Yun Nian proactively stepped forward, suggesting that the selection should not be limited to Daosheng Tian, but that each sect should compete based on their abilities. Everyone agreed upon hearing this. Mu Guanghan asked for the opinions of Zhu Sui and others and announced that the Mountains and Seas Forbidden Art would be opened three days later for the re-election of the Emperor.
