> Miss The Dragon Recap

Two versions of Ayu appeared before Long Yan in the Dragon Pool, each claiming to be the real one. Puzzled, Long Yan questioned how Ayu could have found this place. The two were forced to reveal their true forms: the Immortal of Fate and Xue Qianxun. They confessed that they were worried about Long Yan's constant drinking and had independently decided to transform into Ayu to comfort him, leading to the chaotic situation.

Annoyed by their bickering, Long Yan watched them fight. Later, Ayu discovered a beautiful celestial phenomenon, the Star Halo, on a mountain. Wanting to share the sight with Long Yan, she released the fireflies he had given her to summon him. Long Yan, thinking she was in danger, rushed to her side, only to be relieved that she merely wanted to watch the Star Halo with him.

Ayu offered him a sugar-roasted chestnut, which reminded Long Yan of when Liu Ying had done the same. Noticing a tear in his sleeve, Ayu offered to mend it for him, and Long Yan accepted. He granted her permission to summon him with the fireflies whenever she wished, deepening their bond. While stargazing, Long Yan took Ayu's hand, and she leaned affectionately on his shoulder.

Ayu decided to embroider a dragon for Long Yan, but pricked her finger due to her lack of skill. Sensing this, Long Yan secretly appeared and froze time. With a gentle touch and a bit of magic, he healed her finger and instantly embroidered a perfect dragon onto the handkerchief. Upon waking, Ayu mistakenly believed she had embroidered it herself in a moment of inspiration and was overjoyed.

Meanwhile, Xue Qianxun's continued presence in the mortal realm irked Qing Qing, who was frustrated that he had sealed her magic and kept her around just to make tea. Xue Qianxun agreed to her request and attempted to undo the seal, but discovered it had been altered by someone else, making it impossible for him to remove. Qing Qing was disheartened. When Long Yan returned that night, Xue Qianxun learned the truth: Long Yan had modified the seal.

Because Xue Qianxun’s attempt to break the modified seal had failed, it triggered a reset, meaning Qing Qing's magic would be sealed for another ninety-nine years. Angered, and further provoked by Long Yan's offer to protect Qing Qing himself for that time, a jealous Xue Qianxun attacked Long Yan, leading to a heated fight in the house.

Qing Qing came looking for Long Yan but was embarrassed to find the two men in a physically close and awkward position after their fight. She quickly closed the door and left them. Both injured and unable to reach the wounds on their backs, Long Yan suggested they apply medicine to each other. Xue Qianxun reluctantly agreed and treated Long Yan's injuries.

However, once his own wounds were tended to, Long Yan immediately left for the healing waters of the Dragon Pool to bathe, leaving Xue Qianxun to fend for himself. Annoyed, Xue Qianxun followed him into the pool. There, Long Yan gave Xue Qianxun advice on wooing Qing Qing, telling him to stop acting like a master and instead treat her as an equal, as a man pursuing a woman he cares for.

Consumed by hatred, Liu Yuxiang sent Baldhead to kill Ayu. While Ayu was gathering flowers in the forest, she felt a familiar headache just as Baldhead ambushed and kidnapped her, throwing her onto a horse carriage. When she awoke, Ayu tried to use the firefly jar to summon Long Yan, but Baldhead knocked her unconscious again. Curious about the jar, he opened it, releasing the fireflies. Long Yan immediately received the summons and appeared.

After healing Ayu, he furiously punished Baldhead for harming her. Long Yan then carried the unconscious Ayu back to her room. Upon waking and learning Long Yan had rescued her, Ayu was happy, though she remained concerned about the mysterious weakness that had been affecting her lately.
