Ning Meng pressed on, urging him to "expand the scope a little" and demanding evidence of Caihuang Capital's collusion with Shuangxun and Renning to acquire Qinhe through improper means. As Qiu Junlin continued to deny knowledge, Ning Meng exposed his "dual contract" with Nanlin Co., revealing that he had "embezzled the difference of the margin," effectively "embezzling a lot" from Jin Haiyang.
She questioned whether Jin Haiyang would make him a "scapegoat" to clear his own name, knowing Qiu Junlin's past pattern of using this very tactic. This revelation visibly rattled Qiu Junlin. With no other option, Lu Jiming personally intervened, intercepting Jin Haiyang outside the building. He engaged Jin Haiyang in a series of absurd business proposals, such as "adding tiles to the Great Wall" or "adding a switch for the sun," hinting at opportunities to "gain profit without investing anything," all while stalling for time.
During this distraction, Ning Meng continued to pressure Qiu Junlin, threatening to report him to the police, which would force Jin Haiyang to decide whether to save or betray him. Panicked, Qiu Junlin frantically searched for his keys, visibly breaking under the pressure. At last, Ning Meng successfully obtained the crucial evidence from him.
