Mr. Qin, surprised by Shan Junhao's arrival, eventually allowed them in. Shan Junhao urged Ding Yuanxun to tell the truth.
Ding Yuanxun confessed to Xu Ziqian that he had lied about Shan Yaolong tampering with the yacht, revealing that Mr. Qiu and Mr. Lin coerced him due to his gambling debts. He further explained that after Mr. Shan sought him out, Mr. Qiu and Mr. Lin tried to silence him, but he was rescued by Zhang Minghan's men. As proof, he presented a recording of his conversations with Mr. Qiu and Mr. Lin.
Mr. Qin, seeing Xu Ziqian's continued hesitation after hearing the truth, threatened everyone present with a gun, declaring that no one would leave until the contract was signed and confiscating all their phones. Worried for Shan Junhao's safety, Ye Qianyu decided to go to the club herself, despite warnings about the danger. Upon arriving, she noticed the stringent security measures and ingeniously disguised herself as a pizza delivery person to gain entry. Bursting into the room with a pizza box, Ye Qianyu stunned Shan Junhao and his friends. In a swift move, she knocked the gun from Mr. Qin's hand. Shan Junhao then revealed that he had gathered all evidence of Marv's money laundering activities and had already submitted it to the police, who were on their way. It was clarified to Xu Ziqian that their intervention was not for Senwell's sake, but to prevent Xu Ziqian from being implicated in Marv's criminal enterprise if he signed the contract. This revelation finally made Xu Ziqian understand Shan Junhao's true intentions.
As Shan Junhao spoke, Mr. Qin subtly signaled his subordinates to grab Ye Qianyu, forcing Shan Junhao to drop the gun. Ye Qianyu bravely fought back, biting her captor and then striking Mr. Qin with a wine bottle. In the ensuing struggle, she was pushed, hit her head severely, and fell unconscious. Seizing the moment, Xu Ziqian snatched the gun and held Mr. Qin at bay as the police finally stormed in and arrested Mr. Qin and his accomplices.
Ye Qianyu remained in a coma for three days. Shan Junhao anxiously waited by her hospital bed, praying for her to wake up. During this difficult time, Shan Junhao and Xu Ziqian reconciled, expressing mutual apologies for their past misunderstandings. Shengzhe then rushed into the room, excitedly announcing that Ye Qianyu had woken up. In the hospital room, Mama Jinzhi, Old Tang, and Taichu were overjoyed to see Qianyu awake.
They showered her with questions about her well-being, but their ceaseless chatter made Qianyu feel dizzy. When Shan Junhao rushed in, Qianyu, however, asked who he was, having forgotten both Shan Junhao and "Tonghao" (Shan Junhao's alias), and denying he was her boyfriend. While she recognized Mama Jinzhi, Shengzhe, Old Tang, and even Taichu, Shan Junhao was the only one she couldn't remember. Looking at Junhao, Qianyu even said, "Nice to meet you for the first time."
Despite his disappointment, Shan Junhao, having once suffered amnesia and let Qianyu down, vowed that this time, he would not give up on her, seeing it as his retribution. Tai Chu later reminded Shan Junhao to treat Qianyu well, emphasizing that he had already failed her once due to his amnesia. With all misunderstandings resolved, Xu Ziqian returned the equity transfer agreement to Shan Junhao, explaining that his father's true calling was not business.
Xu Ziqian and Yunyi decided to embark on a world tour to fulfill Xu Ziqian's late father's travel dreams once Ye Qianyu had fully recovered. Shan Junhao appointed Zhang Minghan as the new General Manager of Senwell, finally fulfilling Zhang Minghan's long-held ambition.
