Sun Decheng and Shun were stunned to learn that Li Zhi had saved Kudi Liuli.
Sun Decheng was eager for Kudi Liuli to leave the palace, but she firmly refused, vowing to stay and avenge her mother. Kudi Liuli clearly remembered that eleven years ago, a palace maid from the Wardrobe Service came to her mother to modify the ceremonial robe of the empress.
