Grandma Chen’s sudden appearance caught Chen Maidong off guard. She believed her grandson had taken advantage of Zhuang Jie and should take responsibility for her. Later, while on a business trip to Shanghai, Chen Maidong gave valuable advice to a group of students in the funeral industry. As he was leaving, he noticed a corpse lying on a gurney. The face was covered with a white sheet, but the engagement ring on the ring finger looked incredibly familiar.
