Qin Lie and two others had fallen into the Nether Realm, and the demon ring on Song Tingyu's body detached and returned to Gao Yu's hands.
Elsewhere, Qin Shan observed the unfolding chaos from a mysterious space. He expressed frustration with Gong Mu Shan for not fully disclosing information seven hundred years ago about "not meddling with the Artefact Forging Sect" and its hidden danger, leading to the current predicament. Qin Shan explained that "the time hadn't come back then" to reveal the truth, but now it has, which is why he allowed his grandson, Qin Lie, to pull out the spiritual pattern pillars.
He understood the greater purpose, sensing the imminent return of the God Race and the Spirit Realm becoming a battlefield again. He felt that arrangements needed to be made proactively. Despite acknowledging the extreme risks and the possibility of unforeseen problems, Qin Shan remained firm, stating that as long as the main objective was achieved, any sacrifice was acceptable.

He also instructed everyone to plant Demon Cleansing Grass around Firetop Mountain to contain the demon aura and eliminate any escaped nether beasts.
Song Yu pledged the Profound Heaven Alliance and Eight Extremes Temple's full support, noting the Horned Demon Tribe army might attack at any time.
