The bus slowly pulled up to the stop. After Zuo Qiandai revealed that she was the person behind the username Gong Shihei, the three of them felt very awkward. Chai Ziyu got off the bus helplessly, still worried about Ye Qi and Zuo Qiandai who remained on the bus. Ye Qi and Zuo Qiandai sat silently, neither of them speaking.

Zuo Qiandai thought that after this, Ye Qi would never forgive her again, and she braced herself for an impending storm. But to her surprise, Ye Qi wasn’t nearly as angry as she imagined. On the contrary, he was very calm and even told her that he had long been aware of her online identity. He wanted to have a face-to-face, in-depth discussion with her. Ye Qi brought Zuo Qiandai home and started discussing the characters in the comic.

While Zuo Qiandai was walking around campus, she suddenly received a message from Ye Qi calling for help. She thought Ye Qi had run out of ink, so she rushed to buy some and delivered it to his home, only to find him lying in bed with a cooling patch on his forehead.

Meanwhile, Chai Ziyu was also venting to someone about his unlucky day yesterday when he received the same emergency message from Ye Qi and immediately rushed over to his house. Lu Dao thought Gu Zhengxing was trying to steal her role, so she deliberately went to see him, using rehearsing lines as an excuse to test him. Gu Zhengxing thought Lu Dao had suddenly become serious and was very pleased.

During their line rehearsal, Lu Dao was deeply moved by Gu Zhengxing’s performance and even forgot her own lines. She voluntarily offered him the role, claiming she’d rather play Gu Zhengxing’s horse in the performance, even putting a horse head costume on herself. Chai Ziyu and Gu Zhengxing also rushed to Ye Qi’s house with bottles of ink after receiving his SOS message. Ye Qi, sick and still needing to finish his comic, wanted the three of them to help him complete the next part of the comic.

After helping Ye Qi, Zuo Qiandai checked in on him and found him asleep, murmuring her name in his sleep. She felt deeply moved, only to realize that Ye Qi was actually thinking of a new character’s name for his comic.
