Zheng Weiwei's father angrily confronted Officer Chang Rui, accusing him of failing to rescue her sooner. Chang Rui was at a loss for words, while Officer Deng Yan felt a pang of sadness. Thanks to the medical staff's dedicated efforts, Zheng Weiwei's condition stabilized, bringing immense relief to her parents.
Yan Lei and Yang Jiajia interrogated a trafficker who revealed that the girls were transported from a "transfer station" where they were always blindfolded. Deng Yan and Chang Rui sought out Lianqiao, hoping she could provide the exact location of the transfer station. They returned to Mr. Mo's convenience store, where they found Mo Lin distressed. Yang Jiajia, using Lianqiao's description, narrowed down the potential location of the transfer station to one of three valleys along the Mangjiang River.
Deng Yan contacted Officer Liu from Mangma Town for a precise location. Yin Jiansheng called Liu, who eventually provided an exact spot. As they drove towards the location, Lianqiao suddenly recognized the railway track where she had fallen while being led blindfolded. Three men, claiming to be forest rangers, emerged to stop them, staring intently at Deng Yan, Yang Jiajia, and Lianqiao. Deng Yan instructed Lianqiao to return with Officer Xu for safety while the team continued their stakeout. As night fell, four traffickers arrived at the ranger station, escorting three blindfolded girls inside.
