> Song of the Moon Recap

Luo Ge, through the Embracing Moon Sword, discovered the solution left by the Moon God, realizing it had always been within reach. He then established a powerful formation, drawing upon the righteous energy of the Three Realms and building a boundary near the Xuan Ling Wood. This formation was designed to enable Liu Shao to defeat the evil spirit. Soon after, the Immortal Palace held a grand wedding, where Luo Ge led Liu Shao into the Litian Temple.

They exchanged heartfelt vows, promising to stay together forever, even if one were to turn into smoke and dust. However, Luo Ge struggled to fully control the evil spirit, and on their wedding night, Black Moonlight once again seized control of his body. Liu Shao led Black Moonlight into the formation Luo Ge had previously set up.

With the combined support of the Immortal Palace and the demonic realm, as well as Luo Ge's divine power, the formation was capable of suppressing half of Black Moonlight’s strength. Yet, when Black Moonlight was struck by the Crown Wheel and seemed to be losing ground, he cunningly mimicked Luo Ge, causing Liu Shao to drop her guard, which prevented the Crown Wheel from fully exerting its power.

As Black Moonlight broke through Luo Ge's barrier, he gained access to their combined dual power and unleashed a wave of destruction. Liu Shao desperately reached for the Wang Bell, hoping to awaken Luo Ge, but Black Moonlight stabbed her palm with the Moon Sword, causing her blood to spread. Black Moonlight then proclaimed himself the sole ruler of the Three Realms and announced a coronation ceremony to be held in the Litian Temple.

While unconscious, Liu Shao was summoned by God of the Sun. God of the Sun revealed that they had both made similar mistakes, and warned that outside the Xuan Ling Wood Formation, the entire Immortal Palace would be no match for Black Moonlight. Liu Shao was told she had to choose between the Three Realms and her beloved.

Upon her awakening, Wansui delivered the Clear Vine to her, explaining that Luo Ge had instructed him to give it to her days before the wedding, as it could help break the seal on her Sun Spirit power. Luo Ge wanted Liu Shao to make the choice. Despite his suppressed state, Luo Ge managed to maintain a flicker of consciousness, which, though slight, caused unease for Black Moonlight.

Meanwhile, Demon King in White instructed Fu to protect their kin, assuring him that the future of the demon world and Melody race depended on him. Fu, however, expressed his disdain for the Demon King title, declaring he only cared about keeping his brother alive and threatened to wreak havoc on the entire Melody race if his brother didn't survive. Liu Shao was summoned to the Palace Chonghua, where she discovered Bai Feng had seemingly sided with Black Moonlight.

Black Moonlight then used his power to place a forbidden seal between Liu Shao’s eyebrows, preventing her from wielding her Sun Spirit power and making it impossible for her to ascend to God in the short term. With Black Moonlight’s self-coronation ceremony scheduled for the next day, Shang Yurong and others collaborated to help Liu Shao accelerate the refinement of the Clear Vine. Despite the seal on her power being lifted, she was still unable to ascend to God.

The next day, Shang Yurong, Demon King in White, and others feigned reverence for Black Moonlight, secretly working with Liu Shao to set up a formation. By combining the Wang Bell and Moon Bell, they managed to summon Luo Ge. As Luo Ge maintained a brief moment of lucidity, everyone united to suppress the evil spirit. However, disciples from the Immortal Palace, corrupted by the evil spirit, charged into the Litian Temple, disrupting the formation.

Although Bai Feng stepped in to help Liu Shao and her allies defend themselves, Black Moonlight quickly regained control of Luo Ge's body and, in a critical moment, turned on Bai Feng, killing her. As Immortal Master and others fought Black Moonlight, Demon King in White prepared to sacrifice himself to take Black Moonlight down. Unexpectedly, Fu appeared from behind and returned the Demon King’s power to Demon King in White.

With his Demon King power restored, Demon King in White’s white hair turned back to black. Meanwhile, Fu, leveraging the thirty percent divine power Black Moonlight had once given him, fought him fiercely. Luo Ning, using her immortal energy, shielded Fu closely. Both were tragically pierced by the Moon Sword. In his final moments, Fu used all his water energy to suppress the evil spirit for a brief time.

Luo Ge's divine spirit, now fused with Black Moonlight, urged Liu Shao, while he still had a shred of consciousness, not to hesitate and to personally strike him down. The inhabitants of the Three Realms collectively prayed, their shared good intentions channeling through the Wang Bell to send Liu Shao back to the Palace Chonghua. God of the Sun activated the Crown Wheel, weakening Black Moonlight's influence.

God of the Sun revealed to Liu Shao that her destiny was not to be a mere shadow, but to transcend both God of the Sun and God of the Moonlight. She was Liu Shao, who, with her unique fate, was destined for a magnificent life, willing to sacrifice herself and suppress evil with her talisman pearls. Ultimately, Liu Shao ascended to God and defeated Black Moonlight, completely eradicating the evil spirit.

Luo Ge, restored to his true self, promised to retain a glimmer of hope and rekindle their marital bond, but eventually perished. One hundred years of peace settled upon the Three Realms. Liu Shao used her powers to release Zhuo Qiuxian from her petrified state, allowing her to finally be with Shang Yurong. During these hundred years, Liu Shao descended to the mortal realm, relentlessly searching for Luo Ge, holding onto the belief that he was waiting for her somewhere.

Meanwhile, Fu and Luo Ning, now reborn as mortals, reunited and became a loving couple, fulfilling the regrets of their past lives. As time flowed like sand, Liu Shao walked down a street and encountered a man who shielded his face with a fan but bore a striking resemblance to Luo Ge, bringing tears to her eyes.
