He then added that anger accelerates brain aging and causes oxygen deprivation, hindering clear thought. An Chuxia, recognizing his veiled insults, retorted, reminding him of his recent protective words.
Angrily, she declared she would rather die than be his girlfriend and ordered him to leave. As he left, Han Qilu muttered about her being a nasty woman. During the drama rehearsal, an adaptation of "Pride and Prejudice," Han Qilu, playing Mr. Darcy, disrupted the scene by improvising lines, telling An Chuxia's character he didn't know what to say about her. He criticized Mr. Bingley for not defending his "beloved woman" after she was insulted.
An Chuxia broke character to scold him for ruining the rehearsal, but he insisted he was acting seriously.
