The day before the All-star Game, Ai Qing, the SP team leader, visited Wu Bai at the K&K base after work. Wu Bai playfully asked if she hoped for him or Wang Hao to win. Before she could answer, he reminded her they had agreed not to discuss work. Ai Qing then clarified that the SP team leader was off duty, and as his girlfriend, she sincerely hoped he would win, much to his delight.

The next day, just before the game, a visibly excited and nervous Shen Zhe kept going to the restroom, prompting Wu Bai to note it was his seventh time. Meanwhile, Wu Bai expressed surprise that Wang Hao had accepted the challenge. Wang Hao explained that he wanted to give himself another chance to compete fairly against Wu Bai. As the match began, Wu Bai's mecha, The Nobody, immediately charged Wang Hao's Blade Point to gain an early advantage.

However, Shen Zhe's Trash Can unexpectedly rushed forward, aggressively targeting Blade Point. This turned the duel into a chaotic three-way battle. At the K&K base, 97 and Zhou Yi were baffled, guessing Shen Zhe was trying to force a one-on-one fight with Wang Hao. The observing SP team members, however, were confident that Shen Zhe's reckless approach would lead to his defeat.

Trash Can's relentless pursuit of Blade Point created constant interference, hindering The Nobody's ability to find a clear angle of attack. The situation escalated when Trash Can hit a field mechanism and rebounded into The Nobody. Seizing the opportunity, Wang Hao expertly maneuvered to cause another collision, using Trash Can to strike The Nobody again. The impact severely damaged The Nobody, disabling its ejection plate, and knocked Trash Can out of the competition.

The commentators praised Wang Hao's brilliant "one stone, two birds" tactic, leaving Shen Zhe devastated. With only The Nobody and Blade Point left, Wu Bai's mecha was effectively unarmed due to its malfunctioning ejection plate. Undeterred, he skillfully used a field mechanism to reset his weapon. Just then, Blade Point's weapon stopped rotating. In a risky move that made his SP teammates anxious, Wang Hao steered it toward another mechanism.

Ai Qing, however, understood his intent: to use the gear's inertia to restart his weapon. Wang Hao's gamble paid off, but Wu Bai quickly retaliated, using collisions to slow Blade Point's weapon down again. With Blade Point's weapon once more incapacitated, The Nobody charged, prompting the commentators to wonder if they were aiming for mutual destruction. The intense crash left both mechas heavily damaged and motionless. In the end, Wang Hao won by a single point.

Ai Qing rushed to the field, where Wu Bai embraced her and asked if she would ever leave him. She reassured him that she never would, no matter what. Wang Hao, arriving moments later, witnessed the scene and felt a pang of disappointment, realizing his own courage had always come too late. Frustrated by his impulsive performance and the harsh online criticism, Shen Zhe isolated himself.

Ai Jing found and comforted him, insisting that he was the best in her eyes and shouldn't listen to the negative comments. She confessed that she admired his earnest passion for his dreams and promised to always be there for him. Later, at Ai Qing's home, Wu Bai received a call from Han Shangyan, who advised him to help Shen Zhe manage his feelings.

Ai Qing also comforted Wu Bai, framing the loss as a valuable experience and noting that it was a good opportunity for Shen Zhe to recognize his weaknesses, which would ultimately strengthen K&K. As she spoke, she realized Wu Bai was already at peace with the outcome and playfully tickled him. When he dodged, he felt a momentary dizziness.

Ai Qing grew concerned about his eyes, but he dismissed it as low blood pressure from standing up too quickly, and the two shared a tender embrace. The following day, Tao Qitao returned after analyzing the match. When Shen Zhe challenged him to provide solutions instead of just critiques, Tao Qitao proposed converting his mecha, Sea Breeze, into a composite mecha with a master unit for attacking and a parasite unit for interference.

He even offered to serve as the vice-operator. At the same time, 97 discovered Wu Bai had posted a statement online, taking full responsibility for the loss by claiming Shen Zhe was merely following a strategy he had designed. Wu Bai later explained to Shen Zhe that Tao Qitao was looking for a new home for his former teammates from Team Taotao. Wu Bai suggested they join SP due to its robust training system.

Initially resistant, Shen Zhe inadvertently admitted Tao Qitao's strength. Wu Bai explained that while he wanted to keep Tao Qitao, K&K couldn't accommodate a whole team at the moment. He reminded Shen Zhe that this meant they would face each other in future competitions. Shen Zhe confidently declared he would defeat Tao Qitao, joking that if he lost, he would finally call Wu Bai "brother-in-law."

Meanwhile, Tao Qitao approached Ai Qing and proposed a private match between his team and SP. If his team won, he hoped SP would recruit them. Confident in her own team's strength, Ai Qing accepted the challenge.
