Drenched, she cried out that the "fridge was leaking" before running to the living room to peel off her wet clothes and dry her head. The doorbell then rang, and Ai Qing, expecting her sister with the apple vinegar, opened the door to find Wu Bai standing there. He had brought her apple vinegar and hangover remedies. Noticing her in just a camisole, he quickly averted his gaze.
Ai Qing took the apple vinegar and went inside, and he followed, holding the remedies. When she picked up a bottle of alcohol from the table to drink again, Wu Bai urged her to stop, reminding her of her low tolerance.
