Fortunately, Yu Jian and Xia Guo found Yan by the river.
Yan told them that Andrew was a liar who had no assets, that his house in the US wasn't his, and that he had returned to China with an older, richer woman who was willing to buy him a house and have his child. Yan confessed that if she didn't divorce him, she would be liable for his debts and wouldn't receive any assets from the divorce.
Yu Jian was furious and promised he would settle things with Andrew to ensure Yan wouldn't suffer any injustice. They persuaded Yan to return home.
