Jia Xiaoduo dragged her heavy steps out of the hospital, only to realize she was trapped in an illusion. The surrounding patients had hollow eyes, as if imprisoned within their own mental cages, struggling in psychological torment just like her. She tried with all her might to escape the suffocating illusion, but the invisible shackles clung to her relentlessly, and every attempt ended in failure. Eventually, a group of doctors confined her in a room without explanation.

As the door slammed shut, Jia Xiaoduo’s fear overflowed. She frantically smashed everything in the room and even desperately tried to escape through the window, but it was all in vain. Helpless, she shakily dialed Xu Tian’s number, only to have the call answered by Shi Yiben. Jia Xiaoduo tried hard to calm herself down. Amid her chaotic thoughts, the idea of pretending to faint flashed through her mind. She gritted her teeth and decided to give it a try.

In an instant, something strange happened—her personality seemed to "split. " One version of her, as lively as Liu Tiaoer, bounced around happily exercising; another followed routines methodically—washing up and going to bed; while a third, bored and indifferent, sat in a corner reading quietly. Just then, a doctor handed her a pill, saying that taking it would earn her the chance to meet with Shi Yiben. Jia Xiaoduo reluctantly took it, only to be told that Dr.

Shi would be off the next day. As the doctor turned around, she quickly spat out the pill, a sly gleam flashing in her eyes—she had already formed a new plan. The next day, sunlight poured into the activity area outside the ward. Like birds released from cages, the patients rushed out to enjoy this moment of freedom, laughter and play echoing everywhere. But Jia Xiaoduo locked herself in her room, meticulously applying makeup in front of the mirror.

She was fully focused, not missing a single detail, trying to recreate her truest appearance from everyday life. Once she finished, with a mix of anxiety and anticipation, she walked heavily but eagerly into Shi Yiben’s therapy room. Pretending to be relaxed, she told Shi Yiben that she had slept well the night before and read a lot of books. Shi Yiben pulled out some test cards and congratulated her on overcoming the influence of her illusory personalities.

But the current task was to eliminate the Tie Lin personality. Jia Xiaoduo, however, was full of hope that Shi Yiben could help her restore the Xu Tian personality, and she slowly began recounting Tie Lin’s traumatic childhood. Jia Xiaoduo obediently lay on the hospital bed, appearing quiet and well-behaved, but her mind was in turmoil, with countless thoughts racing through. Unconsciously, she was once again pulled into the illusionary realm where reality and fantasy intertwined.

When she awoke again, she found herself at home. Just as she was puzzled, a sudden knock on the door startled her. She rushed to open it, but no one was there, and confusion surged within her. At the same time, Tie Lin was causing a scene at a store, trying to draw attention in hopes of gaining praise.

When the police arrived to question him, the shopkeeper helplessly explained that it was all a farce orchestrated by Tie Lin himself. Standing in front of a building, Jia Xiaoduo looked up in shock—she had somehow gained the superpower to control everything. Driven by curiosity, she leapt from the high-rise, thinking she would be shattered, but to her surprise, she landed unscathed and calmly stood up. Meanwhile, Tie Lin was being taken away by the police.

Jia Xiaoduo jumped on his delivery bike and sped off after him, intercepting him successfully on a bridge. Thinking quickly, she claimed to be Tie Lin’s sister and offered to pay the store's damages on his behalf. The store owner, enticed by money, immediately apologized to Tie Lin, and the matter was resolved on the spot. Afterwards, Jia Xiaoduo asked Tie Lin to hand over the compensation money.

Unexpectedly, the bank card malfunctioned, and Tie Lin, driven by greed, risked crawling into a sewer to retrieve the card, leading to a fierce conflict. Feeling dejected, Tie Lin wandered to the riverside, only to find his mother there, intently washing clothes.
