Encouraged by his basketball teammates, Jiang Ruosong decided to confess to Zhou Jieyue. But when they met, he was still very conflicted inside, unsure of the storm he might face after confessing. During their conversation, Jiang Ruosong mistakenly thought Zhou Jieyue had seen through his identity as Lorelei and was nervously trying to cover it up. Just as he was panicking, Zhou Jieyue suddenly blurted out that she liked him. After Zhou Jieyue’s confession, the world seemed to freeze.
Both were stunned on the spot, and Jiang Ruosong became shy. When Lu Dao learned that the beautiful legs Gu Zhengxing was looking for were actually hers, she kept showing off her legs on stage for Gu Zhengxing to see. However, Gu Zhengxing was completely focused on filming and didn’t notice her legs at all. Instead, he kept scolding "Air" for not following the script and got very angry.
Seeing that even her best effort couldn’t get Gu Zhengxing’s attention, Lu Dao tried another method. Ye Qi took Zuo Qiandai to a real-life CS (combat simulation) field. During the game, Zhou Jieyue blushed again and was almost ambushed, but Jiang Ruosong quickly tackled her to the ground, making their interaction more intimate. After seeing Ye Qi eliminated, Zuo Qiandai became furious and charged out shooting wildly, accidentally hitting Zhou Jieyue, who was then declared out. In the next round, Ye Qi vowed to protect Zuo Qiandai no matter what, but due to being overly nervous, he accidentally shot her himself. Later, Ye Qi took Zuo Qiandai to ride go-karts, but drove very slowly out of fear. To show off her legs, Lu Dao brought Gu Zhengxing to ride go-karts too. But Gu Zhengxing was too scared to notice and had no interest in her legs at all. Disappointed, Lu Dao believed Chai Ziyu’s intel was fake and misunderstood Gu Zhengxing, thinking he wanted to have perfect legs himself. She took out waxing strips and suddenly ripped a layer of leg hair from an unprepared Gu Zhengxing, causing him great pain. That evening, Ye Qi and Zuo Qiandai went fishing together.
By accident, Ye Qi’s fishing hook tore a piece of Chai Ziyu’s clothing, revealing that Chai Ziyu and Ye Zhen were nearby. After spending the whole day out, Ye Qi had urgent matters to attend to but his phone was out of battery, and so was Zuo Qiandai’s. To save time, Zuo Qiandai pulled Ye Qi onto the road to hail a taxi and urged the driver to speed up.
Because they were going too fast, they got into a car accident and were stuck inside. At that moment, Ye Qi turned on the car radio. It turned out Ye Qi had arranged a surprise birthday gift for Zuo Qiandai—a birthday song he had requested at the radio station. Zuo Qiandai was deeply touched. Thinking back on everything that happened that day, she felt Ye Qi had been protecting her all along. In the end, Ye Qi also gave her a birthday cake, making it a perfect birthday celebration for Zuo Qiandai.
