Meanwhile, Mei Xueman arrived at Lingxu Pavilion, seeking Lin Ruohan's help for her brother Mei Ying, who was rumored to have killed Master Xiao and been arrested by Dragon Howl City.
Lin Ruohan, though appearing frail, reassured Mei Xueman that Nalan Yue in Dragon Howl City would protect Mei Ying, and invited her to stay for her safety.
