The Kong Que clan leader told Bai Cai the method to enter the Shenyin Clan, hoping she would go to the Shenyin Clan in the future. Wu Geng was worried that if his anti-Immortal power couldn't recover, then the plan to fight the Immortal Clan would need to be re-strategized. Wu Geng sought out Zhazha, asking him to persuade Chen Jing to help fight the Immortal Clan.

Wu Geng told Zhou Qiao that he planned to take the old forces of the Xin Kingdom to a safe place to hide. Zhou Qiao guessed Wu Geng was going to the Beishan Mine.

Wu Geng originally wanted to persuade Zhou Qiao to leave Xian City, worried that the Immortal Clan would come to deal with Zhou Qiao, but Zhou Qiao said that Wu Geng wanted to fight the Immortal Clan, while he only wanted to be the King of the Human Realm, and did not care who won between Wu Geng and the Immortal Clan.

Wu Geng arranged for General An to continue training soldiers in the capital, and after Chen Jing agreed, he would take the army to the Beishan Mine. Bai Cai refused to go to the Beishan Mine with Wu Geng. She told Wu Geng she planned to stay and take care of the children, and also wanted to open a steamed bun shop in Xian Kingdom.

Wu Geng felt Bai Cai was hiding something from him and asked if Bai Cai had used the power of the crystal to detoxify him. Bai Cai did not deny this but also told Wu Geng not to worry about her, saying her power had instead become stronger. Bai Cai wanted to stay away from Wu Geng also to avoid the prophecy lest she harm Wu Geng. Before, when she was treating Wu Geng, she had fallen into a coma.

In the coma, a woman identical to her told her that the power of the crystal was transformed from her Divine Essence, and the more she used it, the sooner her Divine Consciousness would recover and awaken. Xin Yuekui sensed the aura of ancient Divine Essence in Xian City. She wanted to use Divine Power to investigate but was almost countered by spirit devouring. Everything Xin Yuekui did for the Immortal Clan was for the Immortal King.

She had loved the Immortal King since she was young and was willing to clear all obstacles for the Immortal Clan and the Immortal King. Xin Yuekui summoned Tai Ji and Liu Yue. Now Zhui Ri could not be found, and only Tai Ji and Liu Yue were left of the Immortal Realm's Six Departments.

Xin Yuekui asked Tai Ji and Liu Yue to descend to the lower realm to investigate the ancient Divine Essence on Bai Cai, but Tai Ji and Liu Yue believed that only the Sage Hall could suppress Wu Geng now, and the two were unwilling to follow Xin Yuekui's orders. Although Xin Yuekui was angry at the two for betraying her, she was currently heavily injured and temporarily powerless. Zhui Ri woke up in the Shenyin Clan.

Kong Que brought the pastries her younger brother used to love, but Zhui Ri said he had long stopped liking them. Zhui Ri was sad because his older sister betrayed the Immortal Clan and left, and also hoped that one day he could defeat the Shenyin Clan and bring his sister back, but only later did he realize he was wrong.

Kong Que told Zhui Ri that she never regretted becoming a rebel but regretted leaving Zhui Ri in the Immortal Realm. Zhui Ri said he would wander the four seas in the future. He was unwilling to return to the Immortal Realm and unwilling to stay in the Shenyin Clan. Ni Tianerxing had high expectations for Wu Geng and also hoped that his people would one day see the light again and live happily.

Wu Geng returned to the Beishan Mine with A Lan, Shi Tou, and A De. Chen Jing was dissatisfied with Wu Geng because Wu Geng had misled his son Zhazha, but he was no match for A Lan. To prevent the Immortal Clan from knowing he was associated with Wu Geng, he could only loudly instruct his subordinates not to associate with Wu Geng, and also sealed off the Beishan Mine, waiting for Wu Geng to leave on his own.

Bai Cai was increasingly unable to control her consciousness. She learned from the children that someone in the city had died from Divine Power, and there was frost on the body. Thinking that she had been in a coma for a period during the day, Bai Cai worried that she had harmed the children. She instructed them to take care of themselves and then left, and also told the children to stay away from her if they noticed anything abnormal about her.
