The night was deep and quiet. Su Su gently called out to Ye Hua in front of a bronze mirror. Year after year, it had been half a year since she last saw Ye Hua. Su Su, holding back tears of longing, pretended to be relaxed and told Ye Hua that the child in her belly had been quite restless recently.

But she didn't want the child to come out so soon; she was afraid that Ye Hua, as the father, wouldn't be able to witness the child's birth personally. Ye Hua heard Su Su enduring humiliation and still comforting him, and even he, the dignified Crown Prince of the Heavenly Clan, was already in tears.

Su Jin received news of Ye Hua's return to the palace and immediately ordered someone to send a card to Su Su, saying that the Heavenly Lord had graciously permitted the female family members of the Heavenly Palace to appreciate flowers by the Lotus Pond, specifically lifting Su Su's confinement and allowing her to go. To her surprise, when Su Su arrived at the Lotus Pond, she found only Su Jin there. Su Jin tricked Su Su onto Zhuxiantai.

Nai Nai, seeing that something was wrong and being blocked from approaching, had no choice but to run to Ye Hua for help. Su Jin stood on Zhuxiantai, smiling coldly at Su Su: "Do you know? The Heavenly Lord is going to bestow me upon Ye Hua as his wife."

To save Su Su's life, Ye Hua asked the Heavenly Lord if Su Su's pair of eyes plus three years of lightning punishment could appease public anger. Three years of lightning punishment was already a severe penalty in the Heavenly Palace, and moreover, for a mere mortal like Su Su, this could almost take her life. With the addition of a pair of eyes, no one had any further objections.

Ye Hua told the Heavenly Lord that Su Su had once done him a favor and carried Heavenly Clan blood in her womb, and he was willing to endure these three years of lightning punishment for Su Su.
