> Eternal Love Recap

Bai Zhen searches for Bai Qian at Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms and then at her fox den, but Migu confirms she has not returned. Migu then informs Bai Zhen that Zhe Yan has just arrived back from the Heavenly Palace. Zhe Yan questions why Bai Zhen is so interested in Bai Qian's fox den. Bai Zhen replies that he was reminded about Zhe Yan going to the Heavenly Palace to break off Bai Qian's engagement.

Zhe Yan reveals that while the engagement with Sang Ji has been broken, a marriage alliance with the Heavenly Tribe still stands, much to Bai Zhen's surprise. Zhe Yan then proceeds to explain the details. Fengjiu awakens in the cave, and her copper bell rings, drawing Donghua Emperor. He questions her presence and asks why she possesses the bell. Fengjiu explains she followed her aunt, Bai Qian of Green Hill, from Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms.

Donghua then notices a book with a sealing spell that Bai Qian left for Fengjiu. He explains that the book contains the technique for sealing the Donghuang Bell, the ancient magical weapon that shattered High God Mo Yuan's spirit 70,000 years ago. Donghua then asks about Bai Qian's connection to Kunlun Void. Fengjiu insists her aunt has no such connection, having never left Green Hill since birth.

Despite Fengjiu's denials, Donghua remains convinced that Bai Qian and Kunlun Void are deeply linked, surmising that the full truth might only be revealed once Mo Yuan resurrects. He then departs. Over 70,000 years, Li Jing has never forgotten Si Yin, realizing that she was his true love, despite Xuan Nu's resemblance. He revisits Kunlun Void, reflecting on his past with Si Yin, including his vows to be with her and her eventual rejection when he chose Xuan Nu.

As he leaves, he encounters Donghua and others, all expressing regret over the deserted state of Kunlun Void, which Donghua describes as having lost its former grandeur. Li Jing laments, wondering where Si Yin has gone after so long. Donghua informs Siming that he has learned the Donghuang Bell's seal is not permanent and is set to break today.

He reveals that a mysterious woman appeared at the Ruoshui Riverbed, aware of the imminent breach, and has already taken action to reseal Qing Cang. Siming expresses astonishment that such critical knowledge, and the ability to act, escaped even the Heavenly Emperor. Donghua explains that this woman seemed to have long planned to confront Qing Cang alone. When Siming asks for her identity, Donghua points to Fengjiu, stating it is most likely her aunt, Bai Qian.

Siming explains to Fengjiu how Bai Qian became the subject of ridicule due to Shao Xin. Outraged, Fengjiu insists on going to the Heavenly Palace to confront Shao Xin, despite Siming's hesitation. There, she witnesses Sang Ji, now the Water Monarch of the Northern Sea, receiving a stern reprimand from the Heavenly Emperor, who allows him to take Shao Xin but denies her any status, calling it his "greatest mercy."

As Sang Ji and Shao Xin are about to depart for the Northern Sea, Fengjiu intercepts them, drawing her sword at Shao Xin. She scolds Shao Xin for her ingratitude, reminding her of Bai Qian's kindness and Shao Xin's betrayal in stealing her fiancé, which made Bai Qian a laughingstock. Shao Xin meekly apologizes, but Fengjiu remains unyielding. Sang Ji intervenes, but Fengjiu dismisses him, reminding him of his demotion and lower rank.

Donghua Emperor then arrives to calm the escalating confrontation. Donghua addresses Sang Ji, excusing Fengjiu's behavior as being spoiled by the Fox Emperor. He then turns his attention to Shao Xin, inquiring if she served Bai Qian and if she knows anyone named Si Yin. Fengjiu inwardly panics, fearing that Donghua is investigating Mo Yuan's whereabouts and that Shao Xin might reveal Bai Qian's past as Si Yin. Despite Donghua's intimidating presence and threats, Shao Xin maintains her composure.

She firmly denies knowing anyone named Si Yin, repeating her answer even under intense pressure. Witnessing Shao Xin's unwavering loyalty, Fengjiu's anger towards her begins to dissipate. Siming eventually intervenes, pointing out that Shao Xin, having lived in Green Hill for so long, would likely not know a High Immortal from Kunlun Void 70,000 years ago, prompting Donghua to cease his interrogation. As a mortal, Bai Qian has settled in a straw hut on Junji Mountain in the Eastern Wilderness.

While she prepares a meal, the Jinniu Beast, surprised to find a mortal in its territory, sneaks into her hut. It is shocked to see her holding the Yuqing Kunlun Fan and quickly retreats. The beast ponders how a mere mortal woman, of a different gender than the original wielder, could possess such a divine artifact. Meanwhile, Ye Hua, Crown Prince of the Heavenly Tribe, tracks the Jinniu Beast to Junji Mountain.

The two engage in a fierce battle, accompanied by flashes of red lightning. The Jinniu Beast, unable to defeat Ye Hua, desperately flees into a nearby city. There, it confronts Ye Hua, questioning why the Heavenly Tribe has pursued it relentlessly for 70,000 years. Ye Hua simply states that karma has its reckoning. In a last ditch effort to escape, the Jinniu Beast unleashes its powerful Red Lotus karmic fire, setting the city ablaze.

To save the mortal inhabitants, Ye Hua reveals his true form as a black dragon, extinguishing the flames and striking down the beast. However, Ye Hua is injured by the Red Lotus fire, rendering him unable to revert to his human form for three days. He takes refuge in a mountain cave on Junji Mountain to recover. Bai Qian stumbles upon the injured black dragon, Ye Hua, in a mountain cave.

Mistaking him for a regular black snake, she brings him back to her humble hut on Junji Mountain to care for him. She affectionately teases him, commenting on his handsome appearance and horns. Inside, Ye Hua is internally frustrated by being treated like a common snake, especially when she tries to feed him raw meat and even attempts to kiss him to make him eat. He realizes her primitive healing methods are worsening his wounds, yet acknowledges her good intentions.

He notices her striking resemblance to a figure he often sees in his dreams, set in Kunlun Void, and observes her holding the Yuqing Kunlun Fan, sparking his suspicion about her true identity. He learns that the Golden Lion, which he defeated, has occupied Junji Mountain for over a decade, preventing other humans from hunting there. He intends to recover for three days and then return to the Heavenly Palace.

Meanwhile, in the Heavenly Palace, Heavenly Monarch is displeased with his other sons for missing court meetings and discusses uniting the various sub-tribes. Su Jin, who was dismissed from the meeting for being a woman, later proposes an idea: if Heavenly Monarch makes her a side consort, it would demonstrate his importance to all sub-tribes without favoring any specific one.

However, the Heavenly Monarch refuses, citing her father's sacrifices and his own age, but promises to fulfill one future wish for her instead. Back on Junji Mountain, Bai Qian decides to take Ye Hua to the market. They pass through a recently burned area of the city. A local recounts how a fiery red lion-like monster set the city ablaze, only to be vanquished by a black dragon who brought rain and lightning.

Bai Qian realizes the monster was the Golden Lion and hopes to find its corpse to gather clues about her elder brother's whereabouts. At the market, after selling some fruits, Bai Qian plans to enjoy some tea and stories, with Ye Hua still by her side. A fortune-teller, who is selling protective talismans against the "black dragon," approaches her, recognizing the Yuqing Kunlun Fan she holds.

He tries to persuade her to sell it, but Bai Qian refuses, saying she keeps it as a memento. The fortune-teller then cunningly snatches the fan, accusing Bai Qian of stealing it from him. He claims he was writing talismans, and she took it when he wasn't looking. Bai Qian, distraught and lacking her memories, insists she found the fan, but the fortune-teller challenges her, asking if she knows its history or contents, which she cannot answer.

He then loudly declares the fan to be an ancestral heirloom, describing its drawing of the divine Kunlun Void Mountain and identifying it as the powerful Yuqing Kunlun Fan. Bai Qian is left speechless, unable to defend her claim.
