The plot revolves around Shangguan Chengming, a wealthy young man from Jiangsu-Zhejiang region. After his family is annihilated in a scheme orchestrated by the Tianxiang Sect, he assumes a new identity and becomes an apprentice to the wheelchair-bound Jin Buhuan, engaging in a battle of wits with his wife Jiang Feiyan, who is trapped in the Jiangxiang Sect.
Shangguan Chengming meets Jiang Feiyan at an opera house. After the two secretly pledged their love, they encountered Blind Du's prophecy of a family calamity. Through a series of elaborate deceptions exposing metaphysical frauds like "Divine Child Descends," they ultimately dismantle the Tianxiang Sect's criminal organization.

Synopsis
Shangguan Chengming's entire family was brutally wiped out by the Tianxiang Sect. He used a pseudonym to lurk, using a series of scams to backfire on his enemies. Along the way, he exposed the dark secrets of the fraud and ultimately dismantled the Tianxiang Sect, rescued the controlled, punished evil, and promoted good, and ultimately demonstrated good intentions.
Jiangsu-Zhejiang wealthy young man Shangguan Chengming lost his mother at a young age. His father Shangguan Yan was busy managing his business and neglected to discipline him. Shangguan Chengming became addicted to listening to music in the theater and thus met the new girl Jiang Feiyan in the theater troupe.
An accidental hero saved the beauty and instantly brought the two into a relationship. From then on, Shangguan Chengming and Jiang Feiyan formed a tragic bond.
