Luo Tianran was lost in thought, having recently realized that she was the girl Yun Shu had been looking for, a realization prompted by a cassette tape originally recorded by her father for her, which she had given to Yun Shu years ago. When Jin Xiaoqin noticed Luo Tianran lost in thought, she asked what was on her mind. Luo Tianran excused herself by saying she was wondering when her grandma and mother would leave for the concert.
She called her mother, only to learn that her grandma had suddenly fallen ill and was on the way to the hospital. Luo Tianran immediately rushed there. Her grandma, despite being diagnosed with acute enteritis and assured by doctors that she would recover with rest, insisted that Luo Tianran go to Jin Zeyi’s concert, assuring her that Jin Mama would stay and take care of her. Hesitantly, Luo Tianran agreed, promising to return soon, and hurried away.
Before leaving the hospital, she placed the cassette tape on Yun Shu’s office desk. Moments after Luo Tianran left, Yun Shu returned to his office. He saw the tape and knew she had been there. Yun Shu had initially planned to wait by the lake two days later, on the anniversary of their first meeting. However, despite knowing Luo Tianran would be rushing to the concert that night, he still went to the lakeside bench, hoping she might still come.
He waited there for her late into the night. Meanwhile, Luo Tianran, Jin Xiaoqin, and Lin Che were driving to the concert. Lin Che assured them they were almost there. Jin Zeyi, backstage, called Luo Tianran to urge her to hurry, even offering to send his assistant to pick them up, but Tiffany took his phone, telling him to focus on preparing for the stage. Lin Che, attempting a shortcut, got lost, and their car lost cell signal.
They then decided to search for the nearest 5G cell tower to catch the live stream. After some searching, Jin Xiaoqin spotted the tower. They pulled over, but the signal was still poor. In a moment of ingenuity, Jin Xiaoqin, being small, climbed onto the car roof and held the signal receiver high, finally allowing Luo Tianran to watch the concert’s final song.
On stage, Jin Zeyi first addressed the audience, thanking them for their support throughout his seven-year career, calling them his greatest pride and stars. He then dedicated a song to his grandmother, mother, and father, though he noticed his parents weren't yet in the VIP section. Luo Tianran, watching on the car’s TV, realized he was speaking about her. He revealed the song's inspiration was Luo Tianran, his wife, and sang "Only Dad Is Good in This World," using a melody she had written for her father as a child, as a gift to her, promising she would never be alone. As he sang, holographic projections of Luo Tianran and her father appeared beside him on stage, filling the stadium.
Luo Tianran was deeply moved to tears by Jin Zeyi's heartfelt gesture and the sight of her father's hologram. The song's style was a departure from Jin Zeyi’s usual music, but its profound emotion captivated the entire audience. Backstage, Tiffany, reflecting on their challenging seven-year journey from nothing to success, was also overcome with emotion. She joined the cheering fans, turning on her phone flashlight and waving it like a star.
Jin Wen, Jin Zeyi’s father, arrived late but found his seat in the center. A nearby fan offered him a cheering sign. Watching Jin Zeyi perform with such dedication, Jin Wen suddenly realized how hurtful his past criticisms had been, remembering how he used to describe his son performing "like a monkey."
