Luo Tianran's conversation with Jin Xiaoqin about her separation from Jin Zeyi was recorded by a passerby and quickly leaked online, sparking rumors that their marriage was in crisis and they were living apart. Upon learning this, Tiffany immediately left the hospital, narrowly missing Lin Che, who arrived later with a bouquet of flowers only to find her discharged and feeling disheartened as he didn't even have her phone number.
Tiffany promptly called Jin Zeyi, instructing him not to respond to media inquiries until she arrived to handle the situation. She then called Luo Tianran, asking her to prepare ten lunchboxes and bring them to the set. When Luo Tianran arrived, Tiffany loudly announced her presence as Jin Zeyi's wife, personally delivering "love lunchboxes" to the media. She then arranged for Jin Zeyi and Luo Tianran to pose for photos, instructing them to appear affectionate to dispel the separation rumors.
