After Zhuo Hao departed, Chong Zi found her evil breath stirring within her. She struggled to suppress her emotions, carefully closing the courtyard gate behind her. Unbeknownst to her, Ting Xue, who had been lurking nearby, witnessed this and discovered Chong Zi's secluded dwelling. Ting Xue then went to Min Suqiu and fabricated a story, claiming that Zhuo Hao was entangled with Chong Zi.

She cunningly suggested that if Chong Zi were eliminated, Zhuo Hao would return to Min Suqiu's side. Ting Xue emphasized that with Luo Yinfan fully occupied battling Wang Yue, it was the opportune moment to act against Chong Zi. Swayed by Ting Xue's manipulative words, Min Suqiu recalled the Soul-binding Thread stored in Nanhua's Tianque Pavilion, believing it to be the perfect weapon against Chong Zi. Meanwhile, Wang Yue held Qinghua disciples hostage, demanding Luo Yinfan's appearance.

Zhuo Yao, struggling amidst the captive disciples, pleaded with Luo Yinfan to surrender Chong Zi to spare their suffering. However, Luo Yinfan refused. As he prepared to confront Wang Yue, he suddenly sensed Chong Zi was in danger. Wang Yue, seeing Luo Yinfan's distress, mockingly stated, "How interesting. You're the respected Sage Chonghua, but you can actually watch an innocent person die for your love without doing anything. Because of this, I can let him go."

Wang Yue then goaded Luo Yinfan, asking what he had done to Chong Zi, telling him he would "see after going back." Sensing urgency, Luo Yinfan immediately abandoned the confrontation and rushed towards Chong Zi. Ting Xue accompanied Min Suqiu to Chong Zi's courtyard. Upon seeing the festive red wedding characters adorning the entrance, Ting Xue's jealousy intensified. She condemned Chong Zi, accusing her of shamelessly marrying Luo Yinfan in secret and declaring that such a demon must be killed.

She urged Min Suqiu to inject the Soul-binding Thread into Chong Zi, promising to handle the rest. Although Min Suqiu initially wavered, Ting Xue's encouragement, coupled with a pledge to take full responsibility, solidified her resolve. Min Suqiu then confronted Chong Zi, feigning to search for Zhuo Hao, before seizing the opportunity to inject the Soul-binding Thread into her.

As Chong Zi cried out in agony, Ting Xue emerged, maliciously claiming that Luo Yinfan, the Supervisor Sage, intended for Chong Zi to die, believing it was the best choice given Wang Yue's threats. Chong Zi fiercely rebuked Ting Xue's lies, but Ting Xue unleashed her magic upon the already tormented Chong Zi, pushing her to the brink of collapse. The immense pain and the magical assault overwhelmed Chong Zi, causing her evil breath to surge uncontrollably.

Min Suqiu, horrified by the unforeseen potency of the Soul-binding Thread, gasped, "I didn't know the Soul-binding Thread was like this. I just wanted Hao to sober up." Luo Yinfan arrived at the ruined courtyard to find remnants of the Soul-binding Thread and an injured Ting Xue. He demanded to know what she had done to Chong Zi. Ting Xue, unrepentant, defiantly blamed Luo Yinfan, declaring, "It's late. You came here too late. Your Chong'er is gone. She was destroyed."

She stated that her actions were born from Luo Yinfan's constant neglect, preferring his hatred over his indifference, and asserted that he was responsible for everything that had transpired. Though enraged and nearly driven to kill Ting Xue, Luo Yinfan restrained himself. Instead, he sentenced her to the Immortal Prison, stating she would remain there until she atoned for her sins.

Meanwhile, before Luo Yinfan's arrival, Zhuo Hao had found the gravely wounded Chong Zi and rushed her back to the Demon Palace, promising to save her. He knelt before Wang Yue, begging him for help. Wang Yue agreed but revealed the severity of Chong Zi's condition: her soul was shattered, and her mortal body could not withstand the intensity of spiritual repair.

He informed her that the only path to survival and ultimate power was to sacrifice herself to the demon sword and become the Celestial Demon. Confronted with the harsh reality that the immortal sects would never accept her and Luo Yinfan could not truly protect her, Chong Zi, despite her desire for a normal life, accepted her destiny.

She recognized that her life had come full circle, leading her to this inevitable path, and apologized for the pain it would cause. Zhuo Hao, in a moment of farewell, told her, "Chongzi, depend on yourself in the future. Remember I'm alive as long as you're alive." The moment Chong Zi sacrificed herself to the demon sword, the six realms were plunged into chaos.

Violent winds swept across the land, the seas roared and overturned, and demonic energy spread, withering flora and driving animals into a frenzy. The phenomenon mirrored the terrifying birth of Ni Lun. Through the ritual, Chong Zi's fragmented soul re-coalesced, forming a complete and ethereal entity, merging with the demon sword. The Celestial Demon, a fearsome power dreaded by the immortal realm, was thus reborn.

In Nanhua, Min Yunzhong was stunned by the overwhelming demonic surge, noting its terrifying resemblance to Ni Lun's awakening. Overwhelmed by her guilt, Min Suqiu rushed to Min Yunzhong, her grand-uncle, for aid. She confessed to her role in Chong Zi's suffering, admitting Ting Xue had instigated her to use the Soul-binding Thread. Yu Du angrily chastised Min Suqiu for her thoughtlessness, which he believed directly led to Chong Zi's transformation into the Celestial Demon.

However, Min Yunzhong defended his grandniece, asserting that Chong Zi's fate as the Celestial Demon was inevitable due to her inherent evil breath and lineage as Ni Lun's daughter, regardless of Min Suqiu's actions. Luo Yinfan, arriving at the scene, sternly challenged Min Yunzhong's excuses. He recounted finding Chong Zi's ruined home and bloodstains, declaring that while Ting Xue was imprisoned, he would never forgive Min Suqiu.

Min Yunzhong retorted, asking why Min Suqiu should be blamed for trying to eradicate a demon and defending the Soul-binding Thread as a rightful tool, expressing regret only that Chong Zi's evil breath allowed her to survive. Luo Yinfan condemned Min Yunzhong for condoning his junior's actions and failing his duty as Councilor Sage. The argument escalated, and Luo Yinfan attacked Min Yunzhong, stating he would spare him only out of respect for their master-uncle relationship.

He then revealed his marriage to Chong Zi, proclaiming her his wife and vowing that if she died, he would not live either. He warned everyone present not to harm Chong Zi, not "at all." Min Suqiu, shaken by the events, questioned if she had caused the destruction of the six realms. Zhuo Hao confronted Min Suqiu about her actions. He accused her of ruining Chong Zi's chance at a normal life, as she had already abandoned the Demon World.

Min Suqiu, however, showed no remorse, declaring that Chong Zi deserved her fate and expressing regret that the Soul-binding Thread hadn't utterly annihilated her. Enraged, Zhuo Hao lunged at Min Suqiu, but his father, Zhuo Yao, intervened. Zhuo Yao painfully disowned Zhuo Hao, condemning his unwavering support for Chong Zi and warning that if they met on a battlefield, he would show no mercy. Despite her transformation, Chong Zi, the Celestial Demon, retained her innate kindness.

She sought not to dominate but to dismantle the rigid hierarchy of the immortal sects, advocating for universal equality without class distinctions. In a meeting with Wang Yue, she reminded him of their agreement: once the immortal sects were destroyed, the demon clan was strictly forbidden from harming innocent mortals or invading the human world. Wang Yue, who had been observing Chong Zi since her childhood, agreed to her terms, acknowledging her thoughtful approach.

He stated that without the Immortal World, the pure spiritual energy would no longer be exclusive to immortals, and the demons would cease their killings, maintaining balance without invading the mortal realm. Wang Yue playfully remarked that he was not using Chong Zi, but rather "cultivating" her. Chong Zi then questioned Wang Yue about her father Ni Lun's defeat.

Wang Yue revealed that while Ni Lun was ultimately killed by Celestial King Yunqiu, he was undone by the betrayal of Shui Ji, Chong Zi's mother, who had secretly aligned herself with the immortal realm. Chong Zi rejected this notion, attributing her father's downfall to his emotional vulnerability, not her mother's actions. Wang Yue warned her not to repeat Ni Lun's mistakes.

That night, Chong Zi dreamt of her parents, Ni Lun and Shui Ji, in tender moments, and recalled her own childhood with them. Waking, she pondered the apparent contradiction: how could her mother, who seemed to deeply love her father, have betrayed him? Luo Yinfan repeatedly attempted to contact Chong Zi, but she refused to respond. Finally, he returned to the nameless valley, where Chong Zi at last appeared before him.

Chong Zi coldly instructed him to be respectful, emphasizing their fundamental differences. Luo Yinfan stated that he was unaware of the Soul-binding Thread incident, assuring her that Ting Xue was in Immortal Prison and would face justice. He offered to compensate Chong Zi for her suffering with all his spiritual power. Chong Zi rejected his offer, dismissing it as an attempt to ease his own guilt.

She declared her intention to destroy the immortal sects in three days using her power as the Celestial Demon. Luo Yinfan questioned why her hatred extended to all immortal sects instead of just him. Chong Zi retorted that they had never treated her well and had repeatedly driven her to desperation, leading them to their current situation. She asserted that she had given them many chances, but now, a decisive battle was inevitable.

Luo Yinfan desperately asked if she would forgive them if he begged with his life. Chong Zi's answer was absolute: only if Nanhua Mountain collapsed and the Sihai Sea dried up. When Luo Yinfan asked if this meant they would become enemies, Chong Zi confirmed, saying their encounter today marked an end to their past. She declared that their next meeting would be on the battlefield, and she would show him no mercy. Luo Yinfan quietly acknowledged her words.
