After being rejected by Lin Xi, Cheng Yao sat on the ground feeling very dejected. His friend called him and asked him to attend the champion's dinner party. Cheng Yao told him he wasn't interested and hung up the phone. Cheng Yao picked up the trophy he had just won, looked at it, and then threw it heavily onto the ground. Tong Xin brought Peter to Grandma Li's house to study.

It just so happened that Cheng Yao returned looking dejected. When Tong Xin saw Cheng Yao in that state, she asked Grandma Li if she really didn't need to go check on him. Grandma Li told her it was okay, Cheng Yao often fell while skateboarding, she was used to it. Peter read a poem by Shakespeare. Cheng Yao, who was heartbroken from being rejected by Lin Xi, became even sadder upon hearing this poem.

He told Peter not to read it. Peter insisted on reading, and the two chased each other. Cheng Yao fell to the ground. He picked up his suitcase, ready to leave. Tong Xin was worried about him, fearing he might be injured from the fall, so she quickly chased after him, following Cheng Yao. Tong Xin found out that Cheng Yao was booking a hotel. She asked him if he had nowhere to stay that night.

Tong Xin told him to come with her. Cheng Yao asked her where he could go with her. Tong Xin told him she had a place to stay. Cheng Yao felt that Tong Xin had been helping Xiao Yicheng all the time before, and who knew what her intentions were. Hearing him say this, Tong Xin was about to leave.

She kindly reminded Cheng Yao that it would rain soon, and also that her son was partly responsible for Cheng Yao's fall. Cheng Yao agreed to go with Tong Xin. Tong Xin let Cheng Yao stay in Xiao Yicheng's former room. She called Xiao Yicheng to tell him about this. It just so happened that Xiao Yicheng was watching the video of Cheng Yao confessing his feelings to Lin Xi.

Just as he was getting angry, Tong Xin told him that she had let Cheng Yao stay in his room. Xiao Yicheng asked her whose side she was on. He told Tong Xin to change the location for the Yiyu and Huasheng team-building activity. Tong Xin asked him where to change it to. Xiao Yicheng told her to change it to Fantawild. Tong Xin was a little confused why. Xiao Yicheng told her he had his own plans.

Cheng Yao was preparing to spray medicine on himself, but he had some difficulty with his lower back. Tong Xin heard this and asked Peter to help him spray the medicine. Xiao Yicheng was waiting for Lin Xi at the door. He asked Lin Xi to come to his room to see something. Lin Xi asked if it was about work. Xiao Yicheng told her to come and see for herself.

Xiao Yicheng found the video of Cheng Yao skateboarding and showed it to Lin Xi. Lin Xi asked him what he meant. Xiao Yicheng told her that skateboarding was very dangerous, with a very high injury rate. He felt that Cheng Yao was just a little kid who could skateboard, and he didn't understand what love was at all. Lin Xi felt like laughing when she heard this.

She thought they might as well form a pair, since he said Cheng Yao was a little kid, and Cheng Yao said he was an old man. As soon as Lin Xi got home, she heard Grandma Li tell her about Cheng Yao. Lin Xi called Cheng Yao. But Cheng Yao kept not answering. He slept by himself. Lin Xi had no choice but to call Tong Xin.

Tong Xin told her that the medicine had been applied, but Cheng Yao was still in a bad mood. Lin Xi was worried if the current situation between her and Cheng Yao would affect their work. Tong Xin told her not to worry, she would find a way. When Xiao Yicheng arrived at the company, he saw Chen Xiao and others preparing to film a documentary for Yiyu.

When Chen Xiao saw Lin Xi approaching, she walked over and offered to mic Xiao Yicheng. Xiao Yicheng quickly explained to Lin Xi that Chen Xiao was just here to film a documentary. It just so happened that Chen Wen and a few others were chatting about whether Chen Xiao and Xiao Yicheng were a better match or Lin Xi and Xiao Yicheng were a better match. Lin Xi told them to stop chatting and start the meeting.

Xiao Yicheng called Lin Xi to his office. He asked Lin Xi to help him mic up. Just as Lin Xi was about to help him, Chen Xiao walked in. Lin Xi left angrily. Chen Xiao wanted to help Xiao Yicheng, but he refused her. Chen Xiao asked Maomao if Xiao Yicheng would be home on Saturday. Maomao asked her what she needed. Chen Xiao told him that she wanted to film a family scene.

Chen Xiao didn't bring any camera equipment; she came to Xiao Yicheng's house by herself. She was carrying a lot of groceries and just happened to bump into Lin Xi who was taking out the trash. She pretended that Xiao Yicheng had invited her. Pretending that her relationship with Xiao Yicheng was extraordinary, Lin Xi left somewhat angrily. Xiao Yicheng asked Chen Xiao if she was doing this on purpose, knowing that he still had feelings for Lin Xi and deliberately trying to split up their relationship.
