In the vast desert, the masked, blue-clad "Ye Zhao" leads the "Ye Family Army" to a decisive victory over the invading Liao forces, personally slaying the renowned Liao general Yelu Dadun. News of her triumph reaches the Song court, where the Emperor and Empress Dowager are delighted. However, during discussions about her reward, ministers like Minister Lu voice concerns about her burgeoning power, while others champion her contributions.
The Emperor defers a final decision, tasking "Ye Zhao" with reclaiming lost territories. " Ye Zhao" continues her campaign, successfully capturing Liao Prince Yelu Hong, thus securing a complete victory for the Song dynasty. Elated, the Emperor orders her return for commendation. Soon after, a shocking discovery is reported to the Emperor: "Ye Zhao" is a woman. He dispatches his trusted eunuch Jiang to the Zhenguo Duke's manor for verification, who confirms her gender despite the Duke's attempts to obfuscate.

Meanwhile, in the bustling capital, at the famous Xinghua Tower, the exceptionally beautiful "Zhao Yujin" captivates everyone with a mesmerizing fan dance. He performs this dance to earn enough money to redeem a courtesan, astonishing patrons with his talent and charm.
