Using his online identity as the renowned game developer Winter, Xu Xiaodong exposes a critical vulnerability in Cyber Tech's "Family First" health app. He announces online that the system flaw poses a serious threat to users' lives, offering to fund legal action for any victims and demanding that the app be immediately taken down. The news spreads like wildfire, causing a media storm. Reporters swarm the Cyber Tech building, desperate for a comment from Wei Xuanhe.
Inside, Wei Xuanhe is furious, unable to understand why a game developer is targeting him. He orders his assistant, Li Geng, to suppress the news at any cost and find out Winter's real identity. However, the damage is already done; investors, facing a public relations crisis, begin pulling their funding one by one. Later, in his office, Wei Xuanhe is confronted directly by his mysterious adversary.
Xu Xiaodong hacks into Wei Xuanhe's computer system and, using a voice modulator to speak as Winter, warns him to take down "Family First" and issue a public apology. He tells a defiant Wei Xuanhe that this is just the beginning of his troubles. Enraged and powerless against an enemy he can't see or identify, Wei Xuanhe is left seething.
Lei Chuxia begins to suspect a connection between Xu Xiaodong and Winter, but Xu Xiaodong is not ready to reveal the truth. He wants to resolve his father's case first, hoping to stand before her as a victor. At an offline fan event for "Battle of the Saints," the host, Qin Yue, is stunned to discover that her good friend Xu Xiaodong is the legendary creator, Winter. Xu Xiaodong has been secretly helping her career for years, arranging for her to host his company's events as a way to repay the kindness she showed him when he was struggling.

Qin Yue confronts Wei Xuanhe, pleading with him to give up before he is completely ruined. When he stubbornly refuses, she reveals Xu Xiaodong's secret: he is Winter.
She explains that Xu Xiaodong has been operating in the shadows for years, seeking justice for his father, and that his ultimate goal is to make both Wei Xuanhe and Zhao Yaoyang pay for their crimes. The next day at the "Summer Time" bakery, Yuan Yuan notices Lei Chuxia is deeply troubled and withdrawn.
