King Bailin did not expect Yu Sifeng to be Xi Xuan, the Heavenly Emperor's son. But Xi Xuan's true form is a Golden Crimson Bird. Xi Xuan's mother was a demon princess sent by the Demon King to show goodwill to the Heavenly Emperor. The demon race has always been treacherous.

When the Asura tribe rose, the demon race immediately defected to King Asura, and even Xi Xuan's mother gave up her status as a celestial consort to aid King Asura. When Xi Xuan was in the heavenly realm, he avoided involvement in the celestial-demon war, but he sacrificed his celestial bone for the Star of Mosha. King Bailin has always looked down on the demon race and scoffed at Yu Sifeng's reason for coming to the heavenly realm.

King Bailin dared not face Demon Maleficent, so Yu Sifeng made a bet with him. If Demon Maleficent overthrew the heavenly realm, Yu Sifeng would perish with Demon Maleficent in the demon realm.

But if the opposite happened, King Bailin would have to apologize to Demon Maleficent, and regardless of whether it was Chu Xuanji or Demon Maleficent in the future, King Bailin would not be allowed to appear before them. Chu Linglong, Xiao Liu Zi, and Liu Yihuan went together to persuade Wu Zhiqi. Wu Zhiqi only knew how to cherish after losing, and only wanted to guard Zi Hu's grave without leaving her side. Seeing Wu Zhiqi like this, Liu Yihuan could only persuade him that if Demon Maleficent was angered and overturned the Hongmeng furnace, everything in the three realms would disappear.

Wu Zhiqi led the group to the foot of Kunlun Mountain, telling everyone that they had to pass through Ruo Shui, the burning of Wu Ye Ming Yu fire, and the Fierce Wind and Stone Array to see the Heavenly Emperor. There were many paths, but all had to pass through Ruo Shui. Nothing could float on Ruo Shui except for the feathers of a Golden Crimson Bird. The Ten Witches were responsible for guarding the safety of Kunlun and, thinking the group were small demons, started fighting.

Wu Zhiqi was not afraid of the Ten Witches, but after knocking them into the water, a strange fragrance suddenly drifted all around. Because of the misleading fragrance, Wu Zhiqi and Ruo Yu both fell into a dreamland and even prepared to harm themselves. It turned out that this was all the doing of Wu Peng, one of the Ten Witches. She could confuse people's minds and make them live in beautiful dreams, unwilling to escape.

Chu Linglong forced Wu Peng to undo the magic to wake up Wu Zhiqi and Ruo Yu. But the Ten Witches appeared together before everyone. Fortunately, Wu Zhiqi's combat power was explosive, and he drove the Ten Witches away, which was also a moment of pride for the demons. The group broke through the obstruction of the Ten Witches and arrived at the foot of Kunlun Mountain.

However, the path up the mountain was slippery and difficult to climb, and there were nine Kaiming Beasts guarding it. But for Chu Xuanji and Yu Sifeng, they had already overcome thousands of difficulties and dangers, and no matter how hard it was, they had to try their best to climb the cliff. The calls were like knives piercing Yu Sifeng's internal organs. Ten thousand arrows were also shot towards Yu Sifeng and Demon Maleficent.

Yu Sifeng blocked the arrows for Demon Maleficent, and the two fell together into the Sea of Life and Death. Demon Maleficent's memories as the God of War appeared. The Heavenly Emperor had originally forgiven King Asura and ordered him to withdraw the Asura army back to the demon realm. But King Bailin, for his own selfish desires, ordered Demon Maleficent, who had become the God of War, to slaughter her own people.

Before King Asura died, he cursed the God of War to be unrelated to romantic love and familial affection for all lifetimes. The God of War annihilated the Asura tribe and returned to the heavenly realm, but she always felt uncomfortable in her heart. She began to be curious about her name and origin, and curious why King Asura called her a traitor before he died.

It was when the God of War was fighting Wu Zhiqi that Wu Zhiqi led her to see King Asura. Only then did the God of War learn that she was originally Demon Maleficent. She then returned to the heavenly realm and found a jade slip to confirm her identity and origin.
