The Demon Clan's Grand Marshal Ni Tianerxing rescued Bai Cai. Bai Cai asked where her companions were. Ni Tianerxing told Bai Cai not to worry, they would reunite soon. Wu Geng found A Lan. The two saw that the Demon Clan could harm their own kind for just a drop of water. Wu Geng thought the Demon Clan's situation was even worse than humans'.

One hundred thousand years ago, during a great war in the Divine Domain, Hei Long took the rebellious Immortal army and forced them underground, where they would never see the sun all day, accompanied by disease and tyranny. They killed each other in repeated despair and devolved into demons. Wu Geng learned the origin of the Demon Clan and felt sympathy for them.

Wu Geng and A Lan were surrounded by the Demon Clan, who originally intended to devour the two of them. But then an anomaly occurred in the sky, and countless falling rocks crashed towards the ground. Ni Tianerxing and Bai Cai also discovered this anomaly. Ni Tianerxing knew that the Demon Clan's seal of one hundred thousand years had been lifted, and the entire Demon Clan was excited because of it.

Ni Tianerxing's master had told him that only by using the Colorless Realm Divine Power to open the Hun Tian Shi Hai could the Demon Clan's seal be broken. Bai Cai sensed that this must be the seal broken by Wu Geng. Wu Geng rescued a little girl named Xiao Qingting in the Demon Clan. Seeing that Xiao Qingting lacked food and water, he felt sympathy and proactively gave the human food he had to Xiao Qingting.

Xiao Qingting, in order to thank Wu Geng, told him the location of Ni Tianerxing's tribe and then proactively led Wu Geng there. Ni Tianerxing introduced Bai Cai to his subordinates, stating that although Bai Cai was from the Human Realm, she was part of the Demon Clan. Bai Cai raised a question. Wu Geng and Bai Cai came to Ni Tianerxing's location. Ni Tianerxing thanked Wu Geng for bringing a ray of light to the Demon Clan.

Wu Geng stated that he merely unintentionally broke the Hun Tian Shi Hai and lifted the seal, and could not bear the title of Human Realm War God that Ni Tianerxing spoke of. Wu Geng inquired about the Demon Clan's Petrification Sickness.

Ni Tianerxing told Wu Geng and Bai Cai that for the past one hundred thousand years, the Demon Clan had been suppressed underground, suffering the agony of Petrification Sickness, and most of the Demon Clan species could not live past forty years old. Hei Long cast a curse upon the rebellious ancestors of the Demon Clan, and the Petrification Sickness was passed down through generations.

Ni Tianerxing stated that the Demon Clan would never compromise; they had been resisting for the past one hundred thousand years and also wanted to grasp their fate in their own hands. He understood Wu Geng's intention for coming. The two agreed to decide whether to cooperate within seven days. Wu Geng thanked A Lan for protecting him all the way. A Lan stated that she was Wu Geng's master, and protecting him was her responsibility.

Wu Geng told A Lan that he and Ni Tianerxing had agreed on a seven-day period to see if the other party was a trustworthy partner. Qiong Xiong Ji E was furious because his subordinate lost Xiao Qingting and ordered everyone to go out and look for Xiao Qingting. At this moment, a subordinate reported that Xiao Qingting had entered Ni Tianerxing's tribe. Qiong Xiong Ji E took people and rushed to the tribe to rescue his daughter.
