Following the disastrous filming session, Lu Zhenzhen reports Xu Miyu’s alleged negligence to Ji Feng. Summoned to the office, Xu Miyu explains that she arrived at 7:30 AM but was unable to reach the assistant, Dai Wei. Ji Feng instructs Lu Zhenzhen to show a proper apologetic attitude to the agent first, then tells a distraught Xu Miyu that true service requires the ability to resolve sudden crises efficiently rather than just performing politeness.
Lu Zhenzhen offers a formal apology to Dai Wei, who remains furious that the media exposure he planned for Qiao Feifei was usurped by Li Bingyan. Sensing an opportunity, Lu promises to find a way to settle the score. Meanwhile, Ms. Brown from the Libo Group arrives to finalize a partnership. She reveals that Marcos Yang only agreed to the deal because of the exceptional butler service he received from Xu Miyu, specifically an archive trip she organized.
To avoid embarrassment, Lu Zhenzhen intercepts the personal thank-you letter addressed to Xu Miyu. Unwilling to let Xu Miyu’s success stand, Lu Zhenzhen encounters several of Qiao Feifei’s fans who are desperate for access to the presidential suite. Lu provides them with Duan Aoxiang’s contact information, suggesting he is the key to getting past security. She makes them promise never to mention her involvement.
The fans quickly check into the executive floor and connect with Duan Aoxiang through mobile gaming, explaining they want revenge on Li Bingyan. Seeing a chance to stir up trouble for Ji Feng, Duan Aoxiang agrees to help the girls. While the fans wait for their moment, Xu Miyu notices their Qiao Feifei keychains and remains wary. However, she is soon distracted by a personal crisis involving Tan Jizhou, who is unable to locate his elderly father, Tan Jiaming.
Recalling a jazz bar the old man mentioned, Xu Miyu leaves her post to help search for him, leaving strict instructions for the staff to guard the presidential suite. Exploiting Xu Miyu's absence, Duan Aoxiang distracts the front desk staff, allowing the fans to slip past and confront Li Bingyan. A chaotic scuffle ensues, and the fans snap incriminating photos.
Xu Miyu eventually finds the drunk Tan Jiaming at the jazz bar and returns him to the hotel, only to find the executive floor in an uproar. Lu Zhenzhen is already there, loudly blaming Xu Miyu for the security breach. Although Ji Feng acknowledges that the missing person was a priority, she still reprimands Xu Miyu for failing to have a backup plan in place. The next morning, Li Bingyan’s agency threatens a lawsuit against Purong Hotel for mismanagement.
Xu Miyu attempts to seek help from Dai Wei, hoping Qiao Feifei will ask her fans to stop the online harassment, but the actress refuses to lose the traffic the scandal provides. As Tan Jizhou prepares to leave, he leaves a handmade bracelet for Xu Miyu as a token of gratitude. When Xu Miyu tries to return it at his car, he insists it is of little monetary value.
Ji Feng watches this exchange from a distance and accuses Xu Miyu of fawning over a guest instead of focusing on the hotel's crisis. Driven by the threat of dismissal, Xu Miyu confronts Li Bingyan directly in her suite. She points out that Li Bingyan intentionally staged her boyfriend’s reveal at the 8 AM filming slot after Xu Miyu had shared the schedule out of trust.
Xu warns that if the lawsuit proceeds, the hotel will reveal that the entire incident was a calculated PR stunt by the actress. She offers a truce: if Li Bingyan drops the suit, the hotel will act as an ally to restore her public image; otherwise, they will engage in a legal battle that would ruin her career. The strategy works, and Li Bingyan’s legal team reconsider the suit.
While Ji Feng is away securing new business to offset the recent losses, Xue Rui expresses his admiration for Xu Miyu’s negotiation skills. Later, during a meeting to finalize the settlement, Li Bingyan tears up the lawsuit. However, the peace is interrupted when Dai Wei mentions that Lu Zhenzhen was the one who facilitated the fans' encounter with Duan Aoxiang. Ji Feng later confronts Lu Zhenzhen, warning her that any further attempts at sabotage will result in her immediate termination.
Desperate to keep her job, Lu Zhenzhen promises to secure three major contracts by the end of the quarter. That evening, Lu Zhenzhen continues to work relentlessly from home. When her husband, Nie Yucheng, returns home drunk and asks her to cook him porridge for his upset stomach, she coldly refuses, telling him she is not his maid and suggesting he hire a nanny.
