Li Weiwei and Chen Yidu went to see a horror movie, and unlike typical couples where the woman would cling to her boyfriend, Chen Yidu, the usually cold CEO, acted like a timid lamb, covering his eyes with his clothes in fear. Li Weiwei, amused, put her arm around him, feeling strong and protective. Tiffany called Weiwei to find out Chen Yidu's whereabouts. Weiwei, intending to annoy her, deliberately turned on the faucet, pretending Chen Yidu was showering.
Just then, Leo arrived at D. U. company to see if Weiwei was there, and Tiffany, full of frustration, unleashed all her anger on him. Later, Li Weiwei invited Chen Yidu to a lavish home-cooked meal. As Chen Yidu waited, nearly falling asleep, a scream came from the kitchen. Li Weiwei had burned all the dishes.
Chen Yidu playfully remarked that the only dish she truly knew how to make was egg-fried rice, yet she insisted on trying to impress him. Despite the cooking mishap, they shared a romantic dinner with two plates of egg-fried rice, wine, and candles. Chen Yidu apologized for any past hurt he had caused her. Li Weiwei, seizing the moment, playfully "sentenced" him to be devoted to her alone for the rest of his life, like a servant.
Chen Yidu, in his heart, thanked Li Weiwei's persistence, which had helped him finally understand his own feelings and allowed them to start anew. Li Weiwei, basking in her newfound love, radiated happiness and wished for everyone around her to be equally joyful. When Su Fei requested annual leave to travel with her boyfriend, Li Weiwei generously granted her an extra week to spend time with him. She also advised Ou Ye on how to pursue Jenny.
She even went as far as to advise Huo Ruiyong that if he didn't use so much hair gel and wear such flashy clothes, girls would definitely pursue him. Huo Xiao called Li Weiwei under the pretense of discussing business, asking her to meet him at their usual spot. When Li Weiwei arrived, she seemed distracted. Huo Xiao, unable to bring himself to force her to engage, asked Ou Ye to drive her home.
He then ordered ten beers, intent on drinking his sorrows away. Drunk, Huo Xiao confessed his true feelings to Ou Ye, saying he thought Weiwei, having lost her memory, would forget Chen Yidu and fall in love with him instead. Later, while Ou Ye was tidying up the greenhouse with Huo Xiao, Ou Ye, feeling indignant, asked Huo Xiao when he planned to give the greenhouse to Li Weiwei.
Huo Xiao replied with a bitter smile that he had originally intended it as a wedding gift for Weiwei, but now he wasn't sure if he could still give it to her. Ou Ye encouraged Huo Xiao, telling him it was time to assert his claim over Li Weiwei, reminding him that she was, after all, his fiancée. Chen Yidu had planned a romantic evening with Li Weiwei at Fisherman's Wharf to watch the sunset.
When Tiffany unexpectedly burst into his office, insisting on having dinner with him, Chen Yidu informed her that he already had plans. Tiffany, guessing his date was with Li Weiwei, chastised him, warning that his actions would demoralize D. U.' s employees, cause partners to withdraw, and significantly impact the company's stock price. Fortunately, Leo arrived and pulled Tiffany away, ending her tirade and helping Chen Yidu.
Chen Yidu took Li Weiwei to an amusement park, where they had a joyful day. Afterwards, they visited Chen Yidu's mother at the hospital, and Chen's mother happily brought their hands together. Their romantic date was abruptly cut short when both their phones rang simultaneously; members of both their companies were having a joint gathering at a hotel and demanded their presence.
At the gathering, Huo Xiao and Tiffany pulled Chen Yidu into a game of mahjong, while Ou Ye drew Li Weiwei into a game of truth or dare. Chen Yidu and Huo Xiao ended up drinking so much they passed out, and Old Wan had them both taken to Li Weiwei's room. Curious about their bosses' overnight absence, Ou Ye and Cao Zhong found themselves outside Li Weiwei's room, attempting to eavesdrop.
However, Li Weiwei suddenly appeared behind them, explaining that she had spent the night at Jenny's room, leaving her room to the two drunkards. Nothing exciting, to their disappointment, had transpired.
Meanwhile, Ou Ye, who was trying to confirm if Cao Zhong was Lu Xi An, the person who set the fashion show on fire, used the company gathering as an excuse to photograph Cao Zhong and Su Fei posing on a motorcycle, intending to use Cao Zhong's physique for his assessment.
