Mai Sichong, slightly embarrassed, denied Mei Weiwei was his girlfriend, then quickly clarified she wasn't "yet," emphasizing that she was his motivation. Meanwhile, Yuxin, who had dressed up expecting a date with Baihui, was disappointed when he revealed he merely wanted her to join him for a running training session for an upcoming sports meeting. Frustrated, she returned to her dorm and vented to Li Daixi, calling Baihui a "blockhead."
Li Daixi then discovered photos of Xun Yang at the school circulating on social media, having been secretly taken. News of Xun Yang's presence quickly spread, creating a stir across campus. Peng Pai calmly accepted full responsibility, stating he would bear all consequences, and expressed gratitude for Zhang Weixin's guidance. As he gathered his belongings, his gaze fell upon a gift he had intended as a love token for Mei Weiwei, prompting him to make a silent, firm decision.
Back in her dormitory, Mei Weiwei's heart continued to race from her encounter with Mai Sichong. Yuxin, observing her friend's flustered state, pointed to the heart rate indicator on Mei Weiwei's wrist, reminding her that physical reactions rarely lie.
