The village banquet was lively. Little Hulu and others peeked through the door at Xie Qiang. Having heard about him from their elders since childhood, they had imagined him as tall, strong, and fierce. Xie Qiang went from table to table offering toasts, while the uncles and elders lectured him about turning over a new leaf and starting fresh. However, their words drew attention, making the atmosphere awkward.

Seeing this, Xie Zhiyao stepped forward to make a toast and ease the tension, and the others fell silent. Xie Zhiyao noticed four little heads peeking from the doorway and instinctively greeted them. Little Hulu and the others were so startled they ran away. After the banquet ended, Xie Zhiyao was completely drunk and had to be supported home by Champion and Xu Hongdou. Aunt Feng was grateful for his kindness and personally gave him some beef and other items.

Xie Zhiyao teased her that since she accepted the dress, she was agreeing to be his bride. Soon after, Lin Na resumed her livestream. Everyone gathered in the courtyard to support her with their phones. Xie Xiaoxia even gifted her yachts and other luxury virtual gifts. Fans were ecstatic about Lin Na’s return. Seeing the popularity of the stream, Xie Xiaochun was quite envious and suddenly had the idea to start her own stream.

Unexpectedly, Xie Zhiyao jokingly suggested she teach people how to curse on livestream, making everyone burst out laughing. Auntie Agui returned from Qingdao in high spirits, boasting to everyone about how big her son’s house was and how bustling and grand the city was. She even brought specialties to Aunt Feng and learned that Xie Qiang had been helping his father with farm work since coming home, keeping the house in good order. Aunt Feng was all smiles.

Bai Manjun was learning music in the guesthouse, and Hu Youyu came over to play along with her. As they sang in harmony, the scene turned quite romantic. Xie Xiaochun noticed her younger brother staring intently at Lin Na and sensed something different.

Luo Quan came to Xie Xiaochun and said his parents had agreed to let the child stay in Yunmiao Village for school—on the condition that he and Xie Xiaochun remarry. Upon hearing this, Xie Xiaochun looked annoyed and said she had remained single all this time simply because she hadn’t met the right person. As for her relationship with Luo Quan, it was completely over, and she would never fall into the same marriage trap again.
