After the tender meeting ended, Xiao Yicheng arranged a celebration banquet for them. At the banquet, Cheng Yao and Xiao Yicheng were rivals in pursuing Lin Xi. Xiao Yicheng said that someone who didn't know would think Cheng Yao was pursuing Lin Xi. Lin Xi told him not to joke, saying Cheng Yao was just like a younger brother. Cheng Yao immediately became unhappy upon hearing this. Unexpectedly, Maomao said that sister-brother relationships are very popular now.

Cheng Yao immediately cheered up upon hearing this. Unexpectedly, Xiao Yicheng asked if Lin Xi had taken her medicine. Everyone was stunned by this sentence, wondering what medicine it was. Xiao Yicheng explained that Lin Xi was sick a few days ago, and he sent her medicine via express delivery. Cheng Yao immediately asked Lin Xi if those medicines were sent by Xiao Yicheng. Lin Xi did not speak.

He felt there was nothing wrong with eating回头草 (going back to a past relationship). He even gave Xiao Yicheng advice on how to win back his ex-girlfriend. Xiao Yicheng drove Lin Xi and Cheng Yao home.

After arriving home, Lin Xi wanted to talk to Xiao Yicheng alone for a few minutes. Lin Xi told Xiao Yicheng that although she couldn't interfere with his freedom of speech, he should stop saying things that would cause others to misunderstand in the future. Lin Xi said if Xiao Yicheng was sad because she rejected him, she would apologize to him. Xiao Yicheng told her it was fine.

He would pursue Lin Xi in private in the future, without letting others know. After saying this, Xiao Yicheng left. Cheng Yao walked over and asked Lin Xi why Xiao Yicheng kept mentioning his ex-girlfriend tonight. He wondered if he wanted to relay these words to his ex-girlfriend through their ears. Lin Xi was speechless after hearing Cheng Yao's words. She told Cheng Yao that she was Xiao Yicheng's ex-girlfriend.

Xiao Yicheng wanted to take his relationship with Lin Xi further. He asked Tong Xin what he should do. Tong Xin told him to start with the people around her. Xiao Yicheng immediately understood what to do. The next morning, he took Peter to Lin Xi's house to find Grandma Li, because Grandma Li was very knowledgeable about Shakespeare. Xiao Yicheng knocked on Lin Xi's door. It was Cheng Yao who opened the door.

As soon as Cheng Yao saw it was Xiao Yicheng, he immediately closed the door. Lin Xi asked who it was, someone kept knocking. Lin Xi went and opened the door and saw it was Xiao Yicheng with Peter. Xiao Yicheng stated his purpose. He had brought Peter to see Grandma Li. It turned out that Grandma Li's real name was Li Qiuyi, and she was Peter's goddess. She was very knowledgeable about Shakespeare's works and some of her deeds.

After Peter found out, he immediately wanted to apprentice himself to Grandma Li and brought her horseshoe pastries. Cheng Yao scoffed from the side, saying his great-aunt was very picky and wouldn't like anything that wasn't delicious. Unexpectedly, Grandma Li opened the box and saw that these were the horseshoe pastries she had liked to eat the most for over ten years. Grandma Li gladly accepted Peter as her little apprentice. Cheng Yao was about to send them away.

Grandma Li, however, said she wanted to keep them for tea. She told Cheng Yao to get out her treasured Luohuashen tea for Xiao Yicheng and the others to drink. Wei Tian and Tan Shasha went to attend the agricultural trade fair together. He went to call Tan Shasha to eat together. During the meal, Tan Shasha suddenly said her stomach hurt. Wei Tian asked her what was wrong and if she needed medicine.

Tan Shasha told him it wasn't necessary, saying she was on her period. Wei Tian even asked her where it was. Tan Shasha was speechless. She told Wei Tian it was because she was menstruating. Wei Tian then called the waiter and ordered a cup of brown sugar water for Tan Shasha. On their way back, Tan Shasha's stomach hurt badly. Wei Tian carried her on his back. While they were chatting, Wei Tian recognized that Tan Shasha was the high school girl he had saved before.
