Back at the police station, Director Liu addressed Task Force 84, acknowledging the successful destruction of the drug factory but highlighting the significant failure of Tieguanyin's escape.
Team members began to self-critique, but Director Liu took responsibility, stating it was due to his inadequate intelligence work. He then received a package, along with a note about another larger parcel downstairs that required his personal signature, described as "good tea."
