Wei Qing agreed, stating he never intended to target Xue Zi but merely sought the true saboteur. If Xue Zi was not involved, he was willing to explore cooperation with Snow through Zhou Shi. Zhou Shi then asked Wei Qing to cease his public marriage proposals, explaining her family and friends were overwhelming her mother with calls and visits, eagerly anticipating a wedding. Wei Qing clarified that both offering her shares in Yunma and his marriage proposals were sincere.
He stated he was ready for them to marry anytime she agreed. Zhou Shi playfully denied wanting to marry him, but Wei Qing pressed her, asking why she had gone to the trouble of coming to him in disguise to discuss these matters in person instead of just sending a message if she truly had no feelings for him, leaving Zhou Shi momentarily speechless.

She then used sparkling lights to create a "meteor shower" and arranged props to represent the wheat field from their first encounter, recreating their initial meeting. Finally, she agreed to be his girlfriend. Meanwhile, Ning Fei exhibited unusually compliant behavior, diligently looking after Lin Feifei and staying up late with her on set. He began to recall fragments of his past, causing him distress.
He wondered if Lin Feifei's affection was tied to his former self, questioning if she would still love him if his memories never fully returned. Back home, Lin Feifei sensed his emotional turmoil and reassured him, telling him not to be burdened by the past. She emphasized that he was still Ning Fei, regardless of his memory, and wished for his happiness without any self-imposed pressure. Lin Feifei left to warm him some milk, telling him to sleep early. The next day, Wei An visited Shangjue to discuss a collaboration with Xue Le. Zhou Shi, now working at Shangjue, confronted Wei An in the meeting room, directly questioning his betrayal of Wei Qing and asking if he could sleep peacefully. Wei An defended his actions, claiming it was for Yunma's future and its need for allies, especially if Xue Le became Snow Group's successor.
He implied Zhou Shi's share transfer to Xue Zi was a similar move, differing only in their chosen sides. Zhou Shi challenged his belief that Xue Le alone could overthrow Xue Zi, but Wei An countered that with Yunma's support, it would be enough. He then outlined his proposal for Yunma and Shangjue to share resources, including artists and designers, to co-develop new products.
Zhou Shi, observing that Shangjue, being new, had limited commercial value compared to Yunma's established artists, deemed the proposal a disadvantage for Yunma and rejected it on behalf of Snow. Xue Le, who had been listening, intervened. He told Zhou Shi she couldn't represent Snow and accused her of severely damaging Shangjue's interests. Citing company regulations, he announced his intention to request her termination from the general company, though final approval would rest with his sister, Xue Zi.
He then instructed her not to return to work the following day. As Zhou Shi left, Xue Le remarked that she had much to learn and advised her to seek guidance from Wei Qing, then dismissed her to hand over her work. Wei An shook hands with Xue Le, stating he looked forward to their collaboration.
