After discovering that Wei Xuanhe's "Family First" system shares an 85% source code overlap with his father's original work, Xu Xiaodong activates the full power of his high-tech workshop. He initiates Turing's highest operational mode, preparing an attack. Lei Chuxia is surprised that Xiaodong has the clearance to do this, as he had previously told her the workshop belonged to a friend who was abroad.
Unready to reveal his identity as the programmer Winter, Xiaodong deflects her questions by teasing her and getting back to work. Lei Chuxia leaves the workshop and intercepts Wei Xuanhe in the parking garage. Startled to see her, Xuanhe angrily asks why she always appears to ruin things just as he is about to succeed. Chuxia calmly retorts that there's a difference between success and merely getting away with something.
She informs him that she knows the entire truth and that from this moment on, she will never believe a word he says before walking away. At the 415 lab, Chen Mo and Shen Weiwei share a bottle of wine. Moved by Chuxia’s impossible return, Chen Mo feels inspired to be honest about his own feelings. He confesses to Weiwei that as an astrophysicist surrounded by countless stars, he always felt lonely, as if none of them belonged to him.
But since meeting her, he feels he has finally found his own personal star. Moved to tears, Weiwei accepts his feelings, promising to draw a star for him every day and pray for his happiness. Meanwhile, Yuan Yuan and Jin Xiaorui spend a day out at the mall. Xiaorui leads Yuan Yuan to a store filled with figurines, which he calls his "other world." He is drawn to a crystal ball and a set of tarot cards.
The shop owner seizes the opportunity, claiming the crystal ball will ensure their love lasts forever and using the tarot cards to predict they will be married within ten days. An ecstatic Xiaorui immediately wants to buy them. Though Yuan Yuan is initially exasperated by his gullibility, she is touched when he says he believes in any blessing for their love. She indulges him and pays for the items herself.
Later, while working at her dessert shop, Chuxia sees a happy family and is overcome with longing for her own parents, who have been traveling to help her regain her memory. When Xu Xiaodong picks her up, he notices her sadness. He secretly arranges a surprise and takes her to her family home. Confused, she follows him to the door, where her parents open it to welcome her.
The family shares an emotional reunion, looking through old photos and reminiscing about her childhood. The next morning, Chuxia agrees to her parents' suggestion that she move back home, much to Xiaodong’s disappointment. As she packs, he tries to convince her to stay by jokingly listing her bad habits, but she sees through his reluctance to let her go.
After he helps her move her things, she thanks him for everything and gives him a kiss on the cheek, leaving him grinning foolishly. That night, they talk on a video call, and Xiaodong demands a "proper date for two" as compensation for her leaving. Their planned date, however, turns into a four-person outing when Chuxia’s enthusiastic parents decide to tag along.
Though his romantic plans are thwarted, Xiaodong is genuinely happy to see Chuxia creating new, joyful memories with her family after their ten-year separation. Wei Xuanhe, feeling confident, has Chuxia followed but learns she has taken no action against him, correctly guessing that she has no concrete evidence. At the same time, Turing's analysis of the "Family First" system uncovers a critical flaw: the system's architecture can only handle up to five million users.
Once it surpasses ten million, it will suffer severe logical errors, sending out incorrect information about medication dosages and allergens that could seriously endanger users' lives. Xiaodong immediately goes to warn Wei Xuanhe, but Xuanhe dismisses the warning as a mere attempt to ruin his career. Driven by ambition, and even after his own team confirms the fatal flaw, Xuanhe decides to proceed with a live ceremony celebrating ten million registered users. Seeing the shameless celebration video posted online, a determined Xu Xiaodong orders Turing to begin the counter-attack.
