Pan Yue knew who used it—it was Gu Yong, the head of Jishantang. Pan Yue even obtained Gu Yong’s procurement list and decided to meet him. Zhuo Lanjiang also found clues leading to Jishantang. Pan Yue and Zhuo Lanjiang both went to Jishantang separately.

Yang Caiwei went to see Head Constable Sun, who told her that someone had once risked everything to steal a command token. Zhuo Lanjiang and Pan Yue, both in disguise, arrived at the Jishantang market—unknowingly at the same time.
