Li Tianjin, whose face is identical to Ying Kong Shi's once his mask is removed, asks Fire King if the culprit who killed him has returned. Fire King confirms that he has. Li Tianjin then menacingly declares, "Wait for me to take revenge, Ka Suo." Fire King comments that Li Tianjin is truly the most powerful weapon born by nature.
In the City of Bladed Snow, Ka Suo asks the Ice King what transpired in the past few days and if Ying Kong Shi has truly come back to life. The Ice King recounts the day when a golden light illuminated the entire City of Bladed Snow, which he understood to mean the Hidden Lotus had bloomed and Ka Suo's wish had come true. Li Luo regained consciousness, though she did not remember her own name at first.
Soon after, an earthquake struck Cherry Blossom Hill. When the Ice King rushed there, he found only an opened and empty coffin. Ying Kong Shi was already gone, and no tribesman had seen him. Ka Suo, worried, wonders if someone stole Ying Kong Shi's body. Yue Shen reassures him, explaining she investigated Ying Kong Shi's coffin and found a palm print inside, indicating that Ying Kong Shi personally opened it and emerged.
She confirms that Ying Kong Shi was indeed resurrected. Ka Suo speculates that Ying Kong Shi might be disoriented and lost, much like Li Luo and Lan Shang, who also lost their memories upon awakening. He firmly states that since Shi has been resurrected, he must find him. Inside Fire City, Fire King holds a ball of flame. The flame begs to be released, warning that the heavens will punish Fire King for his evil deeds.
However, Fire King is determined to tame it, laughing as he consumes the flame. He boasts that the flame is his and he will tame it. Yan Da is lost in thought, using her spiritual power to conjure images of her memories with Ying Kong Shi. She wonders aloud if Ying Kong Shi has been resurrected and expresses how much she misses him. Li Tianjin, wearing his mask, approaches and sees his own image in Yan Da's vision.
Recognizing her as Yan Da, he challenges her to a fight. He explains that since she fought alongside Ka Suo on the Divine Snow Mountain and defeated Yuan Ji, she must understand Ka Suo's magic well and could help him learn more about his opponent. Yan Da initially dismisses him, stating she only listens to her father. However, when Li Tianjin makes a move, she retaliates, accidentally knocking off his mask.
Seeing Ying Kong Shi's familiar face, Yan Da joyfully exclaims, "Ying Kong Shi!" She embraces him tightly, believing he has come to visit her and wore the mask to surprise her. At that moment, Fire King arrives and orders Li Tianjin to leave. Fire King tells Yan Da that Li Tianjin is a gift from the heavens, a weapon for revenge, and that victory will always belong to the Fire Tribe.
He recounts how Ying Kong Shi, after his resurrection, recklessly intruded into the Fire Tribe's territory. Fire King subdued him, but Ying Kong Shi didn't recognize him, instead angrily demanding to know Ka Suo's whereabouts, vowing to kill Ka Suo because Ka Suo supposedly killed him. Fire King brought Ying Kong Shi back to Fire City.
Finding Ying Kong Shi without memory, Fire King fabricated a story: Ka Suo, his brother, was jealous of Ying Kong Shi's superior spiritual power and, upon discovering he was not of Ice Tribe descent, killed him, seizing his spiritual power and throne. Ying Kong Shi asks if Ka Suo destroyed his life simply because he was not an Ice Tribe descendant.
Fire King continues to manipulate him, claiming that Ying Kong Shi's father was Yuan Ji, the true god of the ancient Ice-Flame Tribe, whom the Ice Tribe ancestors betrayed and sealed for ten thousand years under the ocean. Yuan Ji later escaped, met Ying Kong Shi's mother, Lian Ji of the Mermaid Tribe, who then became a concubine to Ka Suo's father, the former Ice King, despite already being pregnant with Ying Kong Shi.
She endured humiliation to raise him, fearing the Ice King would harm her. Fire King adds that Ying Kong Shi's parents were hiding in the Divine Snow Mountain, but Ka Suo found them and led soldiers to eliminate his family, implying they are now likely dead. Hearing this, Ying Kong Shi's eyes burn with rage, vowing to drag Ka Suo to hell and turn him to ashes.
Fire King, pleased, declares that Ying Kong Shi has died and his new name is Li Tianjin, reborn for revenge. Yan Da is horrified by Ying Kong Shi's transformation. She recalls Yuan Ji's dying curse on Ka Suo: that he would suffer eternal separation from his loved ones and endless sorrow. Fire King remarks on how Yuan Ji's bitterness greatly helped him. Yan Da questions if Fire King turned Ying Kong Shi against Ka Suo to use him for revenge.
Fire King confirms, stating that Ying Kong Shi's spiritual powers are rapidly growing. At the opportune moment, he will pit them against each other, allowing them to kill or severely injure one another, thus enabling Fire King to seize the Three Realms, and even the Divine Snow Mountain. Yan Da vehemently disagrees.
She does not want Ying Kong Shi to be killed by Ka Suo, nor does she want him to kill Ka Suo only to regret it later if he discovers the truth. She implores Fire King to release Ying Kong Shi. Fire King responds by asking if she is willing to send Ying Kong Shi back to Ka Suo, reminding her that Ying Kong Shi doesn't reciprocate her feelings.
He suggests that if Li Tianjin becomes a member of the Fire Tribe, she can be with him forever. Yan Da remains unmoved, stating that regardless of Ying Kong Shi's feelings for her, she cannot lie to him or herself. She intends to tell him the truth. This angers Fire King, who grabs her throat and warns her that if she reveals the truth to Ying Kong Shi, he will kill her, or kill Ying Kong Shi first.
Yan Da is left distressed, unwilling to harm Ying Kong Shi or see him live in torment. In the City of Bladed Snow, Xing Jiu attempts to find Ying Kong Shi's dream but cannot. He explains that to enter someone's dream, the dreamer must know their own identity, suggesting that Ying Kong Shi, like Li Luo and Lan Shang, has forgotten who he is, which prevents the Dream Source from locating him.
Ka Suo expresses concern that Shi, after being revived, does not remember him or his own identity. Ka Suo proposes mobilizing the Ice Tribe to search for Ying Kong Shi. However, Xing Jiu stops him, revealing that during his search, he entered Xing Gui's dream. In the dream, Xing Gui urged Xing Jiu to stay, stating that "the binary stars will eventually meet."
Xing Jiu clarifies that this was not a dream left by Xing Gui, but rather a foretelling dream. This means Ka Suo and Ying Kong Shi are destined to reunite, and they should wait patiently. Xing Jiu warns that if they openly search for Ying Kong Shi, the Fire Tribe will undoubtedly find out, and others with ill intentions in the Three Realms might find him first, which could put Ka Suo in a dangerous situation.
Ka Suo acknowledges this, reflecting on his own pain after losing Ying Kong Shi, and how he struggled to even look at the God Devouring Sword because it reminded him of his brother's death by his hand. Xing Jiu expresses understanding, noting that both have experienced the profound pain of losing a loved one. He explains that inner demons arise from such loss and do not dissipate on their own; one must face and accept them to find peace.
Xing Jiu adds that Xing Gui chose to appear in his dream in that manner, allowing him to see her once more. Xing Jiu informs Ka Suo he will not return to the Dream Tribe yet, and Ka Suo assures him that the City of Bladed Snow will always welcome him. In Fire City, Li Tianjin is tormented by Fire King's words, constantly hearing vengeful thoughts to "kill him, kill the traitor!" His head throbs with pain.
Suddenly, the sound of a bamboo flute drifts into his mind, easing his pain. He dimly recalls the bamboo flute he carried. Unbeknownst to him, it is Ka Suo playing the flute, thinking of his lost brother and wondering if Shi can hear him. The Mermaid Holy Venerable attempts to help Lan Shang regain her memory by guiding her through the Mermaid Tribe's three beautifying steps: applying facial nourishment, body massage, and a beautifying bath.
Lan Shang, however, shows little interest and seems unenthusiastic about the process, stating there are no ugly princesses, only lazy ones. Li Luo looks at herself in a mirror, wearing her old realm guardian attire, but dislikes it. She changes into a more feminine dress before joining Ka Suo. Ka Suo is surprised by her new attire and compliments her, saying she looks beautiful in anything. Huang Tuo and Yue Shen arrive for dinner.
Chao Ya, now the Queen of the Bear Tribe, is absent due to urgent matters. As they dine, they reminisce about past events, but Li Luo remembers nothing. Even when offered her favorite grilled fish, which Ka Suo prepared as her favorite, she finds it unappetizing and feels disgusted, expressing discomfort. Overwhelmed, she excuses herself from the meal to take a walk. Feng Tian Grandma, still playful, is on a swing with Ice Tribe children.
Ka Suo asks Ice King about her condition and learns that since returning from Divine Snow Mountain, she lost all her spiritual powers and her memory is gradually fading. Upon seeing Ka Suo, she mistakes him for Ancestor She Mi, apologizing for losing the Fallen Star Scepter he supposedly gave her. Ka Suo reassures her that the scepter has been found and is safely stored away, promising to give it back if she comes home with him. She happily agrees.
Lan Shang attempts to weave mermaid seashell jewelry but struggles, expressing her boredom and preference for hunting enemies on her unicorn. Her maids notice her unusual behavior, noting that she used to love making accessories. Suddenly, the Mermaid Tribe's alarm conch blares, signaling an invasion. While the maids panic, Lan Shang is excited by the prospect of foreign enemies, confidently declaring, "Don't be afraid; I'm here."
Lan Shang confronts the Mermaid Holy Venerable, asking about the invaders, only to find a group of seemingly unconscious children. One of them, Yan Huang, who claims to be the young master of the Lie Tribe from Divine Snow Mountain, suddenly rises and threatens Lan Shang with a knife, proclaiming he has taken over the island and demands surrender. Lan Shang, noticing the children's hunger, offers them food.
The Mermaid Holy Venerable tries to send the children away, but Lan Shang insists on handling the situation herself, telling the Holy Venerable to rest. Through clever questioning, Lan Shang deduces that they are indeed from the Lie Tribe, known for their reverse-truth telling, and confirms their hunger and powerful magic, despite their denials. In the City of Bladed Snow, the Fallen Star Scepter mysteriously flies away on its own, resisting everyone's attempts to stop it.
Feng Tian Grandma shouts that the scepter is returning home and urges them to let it go. The scepter flies directly to the Holy Magic Cube at the Holy Altar. Ice King explains that the Holy Magic Cube was a sacred artifact given by Ancestor She Mi to the Seven Saints. In this generation, including Xing Jiu, there are only six recognized saints. Xing Jiu reveals that the seventh Holy Magic Cube was hidden within the Fallen Star Scepter.
Ice King adds that the previous owner of the seventh Holy Magic Cube, Shu Ying, passed away 300 years ago, and her successor never appeared, which is why only six saints were able to read Ying Kong Shi's future. It is revealed that the seventh of the Seven Saints is Feng Tian Grandma. Xing Jiu believes the Holy Magic Cubes are following their original rules, waiting at the Seven Holy Altars for the next successor.
Ka Suo, however, states they are doing more than just waiting, as he takes Xing Jiu's Holy Magic Cube. Li Luo arranges to meet the realm guardians but gets lost due to her memory loss. She arrives wearing a blue princess dress instead of her usual realm guardian attire, which surprises them.
They jokingly offer her wine and comment on her appearance, assuming it was Ka Suo's idea for her to dress like a princess, but Li Luo clarifies it was her choice and she always liked to dress this way. She also finds their boisterous manner and vulgar language unsettling and struggles to adapt to their rough customs, asking why they speak so vulgarly.
