Duan Yucheng, who grew up in a small fishing village on a Fujian island, dreams of becoming a high jumper. Under the patient guidance of assistant coach Luo Na, his training performance improves by leaps and bounds. As they spend more time together, a genuine affection quietly develops between them. Ultimately, Duan Yucheng breaks through his limits and also finds true love with Luo Na.

Episode 1 Recap
After the morning session of the Nanhushi Third Middle School Track and Field Meet concluded, the scorching sun was like fire.
