Shortly after, Wang Shiwei learned from Ma Yichen that Fang Yu and Ming Tian had a close relationship. He immediately sought out Ming Tian at the car wash where he worked.
Recognizing Ming Tian as the hotel service worker, Wang Shiwei twisted Ming Tian's feelings for Fang Yu, claiming Ming Tian was not worthy of her. In response, Ming Tian sprayed Wang Shiwei with a water gun, sending him away in defeat. Troubled by the encounter, Ming Tian sought out Sun Hao. Both agreed that Wang Shiwei was not suitable for Fang Yu. Ming Tian suggested that Sun Hao should stay by Fang Yu's side.
However, Sun Hao revealed that Fang Yu liked Ming Tian, even sharing how Fang Yu had learned to stir-fry noodles for him. Ming Tian was surprised by this revelation but dared not hope for a relationship with Fang Yu, given their vast differences in family background. Still reeling from Sun Hao's words, Ming Tian went to the coffee shop Fang Yu frequented. He found her just as she was leaving, disappointed that she had missed out on strawberry ice cream.
Ming Tian managed to get a serving for her, then directly asked if she had ever liked him. Flustered, Fang Yu tried to leave, but Ming Tian persisted. She finally admitted her feelings for him, and to her surprise, Ming Tian embraced her and confessed, "I like you too." He admitted that he had been jealous of both Sun Hao and Wang Shiwei.
Overjoyed, Fang Yu gave him a kiss on the cheek and playfully declared that only she was allowed to "take advantage" of him, not Song Xiaomi. The powerful emotions between them culminated in a deep, passionate kiss. Both returned home giddy with happiness, their uncharacteristic behavior leaving Fang Zhou and Ming Tian's siblings completely bewildered.
Meanwhile, Fang Yu, whose Dubai business trip had been moved up, received a message from her company secretary about problems with her flight to Dubai, requiring her to change airlines. Later, Ming Tian, Song Xiaomi, Cheng Yanan, and Sun Hao embarked on their journey to Macau. Before their departure, Ming Tian called Hao's mother, reassuring her of their safe arrival and asking her to take care of Ming Zhu and Ming Lang.
On the way, Song Xiaomi privately declared her intention to make Fang Yu jealous, while Sun Hao silently hoped Ming Tian would not reveal his role in informing Ming Tian about Fang Yu's feelings, fearing Song Xiaomi's wrath. Upon arriving in Macau, Sun Hao marveled at the grand and beautiful place. Song Xiaomi playfully asked Cheng Yanan why she looked unhappy, though Cheng Yanan denied it. Ming Tian impressed them by explaining the origin of Macau's name.
Elsewhere, Cheng Yanan's father, still troubled by accidentally injuring Hao's mother's foot previously, visited her noodle stall intending to apologize. He awkwardly offered to show her how to apply a special medicine to her foot.
Ming Zhu and Ming Lang, who were staying with Hao's mother while Ming Tian was in Macau, immediately recognized Cheng Yanan's father as the "bad uncle" who had cheered against Ming Tian and Sun Hao during a previous fight and had also bumped into Hao's mother. Cheng Yanan's father nervously changed the subject and ordered noodles.
He mentally noted Ming Tian's siblings were also there and Hao's mother explained Ming Tian had left them with her while he was in Macau for a demonstration match. Cheng Yanan's father, attempting to be complimentary, compared Hao's mother's kindness to his wife's habit of taking in abandoned animals, which offended Ming Zhu and Ming Lang, prompting Hao's mother to quickly defend them.
Cheng Yanan's father then mistakenly added too much of Hao's mother's homemade hot sauce to his noodles, causing a comical reaction. He later reflected that he would need to find another reason to see Hao's mother's foot after the children left. During the Macau MMA demonstration match, Ming Tian encouraged Cheng Yanan and Song Xiaomi not to be nervous. Song Xiaomi confidently declared it would be a "piece of cake."
As the match progressed, Song Xiaomi pondered her path, reflecting on how she chose mixed martial arts over piano and dance, drawn by the addictive feeling of the arena. After the match, Song Xiaomi claimed she fought better, but the judge declared it a tie. Sun Hao jokingly added that Fang Yu was the best fighter, which annoyed Song Xiaomi. Their group planned to fly back the following evening.
Meanwhile, back in the mainland, Fang Zhou frantically tried to reach Fang Yu, discovering from Song Xiaomi and Cheng Yanan that Fang Yu had not gone to Dubai as planned and was now missing. Fang Zhou worried where she could have gone, also realizing Ming Tian was missing from his group in Macau. In Macau, Ming Tian reunited with Fang Yu. He secretly met an uncle who had taken care of him in the past.
His uncle noticed Ming Tian's newfound brightness and guessed he was dating. Ming Tian confirmed it, describing Fang Yu as beautiful and tall, admitting he wasn't sure how they became a couple, only that it "felt right." Later, Ming Tian and Fang Yu stood together under the Macau night sky. Ming Tian asked Fang Yu about her wish. She replied that her wish had already come true. Ming Tian then shared his wish: "I wish. . .
that the person I like would appear," to which Fang Yu softly responded, "Your wish. . . has already come true." This intimate moment confirmed their mutual feelings. Ming Tian reflected that despite growing up in Macau, his memories there were not all good, leading him to leave.
Fang Yu confided that she had lost a very important person there once and had always hated the place, but was now very happy to have returned because they had created new wonderful memories together. As they walked through the streets, they bought a cute rabbit doll. Meanwhile, Wang Shiwei met with an elder, presumably Fang Yu's relative. The elder questioned Wang Shiwei about his recent lack of interest in Fang Yu.
Wang Shiwei, twisting the truth, claimed that Fang Yu already liked someone else, her junior at Zhengze named Ming Tian. Wang Shiwei further manipulated the situation by implying Ming Tian had bad intentions, stating he hoped Fang Yu wouldn't let her emotions override her reason. Later that night in Macau, a drunken Song Xiaomi confessed her feelings to Sun Hao, lamenting that Ming Tian did not like her despite her openness.
She questioned why Ming Tian liked Fang Yu, whom she described as "cold-faced and cold-blooded," and even compared her to a "penguin." Sun Hao tried to comfort her, assuring her she was "a hundred times cuter than a penguin" and that many people liked her. He even began to confess his own feelings for Song Xiaomi, but quickly covered it up by redirecting his affection towards their dog, "Best Fighter."
Song Xiaomi angrily forbade him from speaking ill of Ming Tian and declared that Ming Tian would no longer get to eat her cooking. She then related their shared predicament, stating that she liked Ming Tian but he didn't like her, and Sun Hao liked Fang Yu but she didn't like him, concluding they were "in the same boat."
Sun Hao, however, countered that he liked "the me that likes Senior Sis Fang Yu," and as long as she was happy, he didn't care if she liked him back, demonstrating his selfless affection. As Fang Yu prepared to leave Macau, Ming Tian handed her the rabbit doll. He told her, "This little rabbit will accompany you to Dubai. I hope that everything goes well so that you can hurry and come home," still believing she was heading there for her business trip.
