Hua Zhen was brought to the military court again for investigation. Wei Daiqing first started by asking about the belt. Hua Liang claimed that he did not find the receipt for the belt at home. Wei Daiqing was not surprised; he had already obtained the belt's receipt, strongly arguing that Hua Zhen was not only a Communist accomplice but also used a fake identity to participate in the crime. Hua Liang saw that Wei Daiqing was prepared and aggressive.

The arrival was the landlady Wei Daiqing had chased to Shanghai to meet. It was from there that several documents were found to frame and falsely accuse.

Just the day before, Wei Daiqing had sent his subordinate to Shanghai to assassinate the landlady. He did not expect Hua Liang to find her so quickly. Hua Zhen wanted to go to the Fourth Department to say goodbye to his comrades. This time, escaping danger, the teammates from the Fourth Department were truly loyal.

Hua Liang refused his request and directly asked his secretary to send Hua Zhen to the station. Before the train departed, Hua Zhen hurriedly found a phone and called Luo Minmin. He told Luo Minmin his school address and also hoped they could keep in touch frequently by phone in the future. Luo Minmin hesitated. Hua Zhen eagerly confirmed with her again if she would communicate and if she remembered his school address.

Luo Minmin understood the meaning behind Hua Zhen's words and did not respond.
