Confident in Nan Xi's victory, Hao Tian and Panghu joked about how they should be credited for their help. One evening, a sudden power outage plunged the area into darkness, startling Xia Rui, who was showering. He described the wood pieces, which came from the same tree that had stood for a century, as a symbol of a lasting promise. He acknowledged their flaws, comparing them to people who are born imperfect. However, he argued that when these individuals find each other and embrace, they become complete. During the press conference, when asked about acquisition offers from design companies, Nan Xi firmly stated his work was "not for sale," as it "belongs to Xia Rui."
He explained that "without Xia Rui, there would be no first impression," and to the crowd's delight, publicly declared she was his girlfriend.
