About Is Love 2 Episode 2 Recap
> About Is Love 2 Recap
Lin Feifei was heartbroken. Bi Qiujing explained that Xue Zi, who was Ning Fei's closest family member since childhood and held a powerful position in the rival Snow family (comparable to Wei Qing's in Yunma), had taken him for reasons unknown. Lin Feifei, despite acting tough and claiming she wouldn't wait for him, couldn't hide her sadness. She decided to rent the entire art studio where Ning Fei had lived, hoping Zhou Shi would move in with her.
Observing Lin Feifei's pain, Zhou Shi promised to look out for Ning Fei while she was abroad. Lin Feifei, understanding the difficulties of long-distance relationships through her own experience, then urged Zhou Shi to tell Wei Qing about her overseas internship plans, fearing the challenges of their separation. Zhou Shi returned home, only to find Wei Qing's room dark due to a power outage, while the living room remained lit.
Lighting candles, she accidentally activated a projector, which began displaying a montage of her photos. Overcome with emotion, Zhou Shi heard Wei Qing's recorded voice wishing she would return to his side. She then discovered a hidden engagement ring nestled inside one of the candles, touched by his silent longing. Resolving to prioritize her relationship, Zhou Shi called Miss Wu from the prestigious studio to decline the internship offer. However, Miss Wu requested a face-to-face meeting.
At the café, before Zhou Shi could speak, Miss Wu regretfully informed her that the internship offer was being withdrawn due to an anonymous complaint accusing Zhou Shi of obtaining the opportunity through illicit means. Although Zhou Shi had intended to refuse the offer anyway, she found the situation unsettling. Later, her friend Zhang Shuai called, expressing concern and hinting that someone had deliberately sabotaged her.
Zhou Shi's suspicions grew when she saw Miss Wu departing in a car belonging to the Yunma Group, Wei Qing's company. It was revealed that Wei Qing, desperate to keep Zhou Shi by his side and avoid another long-distance relationship, had orchestrated the complaint through his assistant to ensure she couldn't leave the country. Meanwhile, Li Mingcheng and Bi Qiujing, now married, found their relationship surprisingly academic and unemotional.
Bi Qiujing humorously critiqued Li Mingcheng's elaborate "operation manual" for marital intimacy, inspired by a childhood "Animal World" DVD. Seeking to inject more romance, they looked to Wei Qing and Zhou Shi as a "couple sample" to learn from. During a double date, Wei Qing, spurred by Bi Qiujing's playful jabs about his long-distance relationship, engaged in a game with the couples.
Midway through, Zhou Shi received another call from Zhang Shuai, who had uncovered more definitive information about her revoked internship. Zhou Shi's demeanor visibly changed, and sensing her discomfort, Li Mingcheng and Bi Qiujing discreetly excused themselves. Later, as Wei Qing and Zhou Shi walked to a bridge, the place where they first met, Wei Qing reiterated his deep affection, stating that even if time reversed, he would never let her go.
He urged her to trust his arrangements, claiming they were all for her benefit. Zhou Shi, however, directly questioned if he had lied to her and if he was behind the malicious report. Wei Qing evaded a direct answer, instead asking her what she would do if he confirmed his involvement. Zhou Shi, exasperated, pointed out his clandestine meeting with Miss Wu, Miss Wu's subsequent hiring by Yunma, and the overseas offer received by the student who reported her.
She accused Wei Qing of selfishly sabotaging her path to prevent a long-distance relationship. Wei Qing vehemently defended his actions, declaring his commitment to their future and his unwavering resolve to keep her by his side, "whatever cost it may take." In a fit of anger, Zhou Shi pulled out the engagement ring she had found and hurled it to the ground before storming off. Wei Qing, his pride stung, refused to chase her.
As Zhou Shi walked away, she noticed the ring on the ground, picked it up, and looked back, only to see Wei Qing turning and walking in the opposite direction, both consumed by their misunderstanding. Unaware that Zhou Shi had retrieved the ring, Wei Qing later returned to the bridge with his assistant and searched fruitlessly through the night.
While Wei Qing and Zhou Shi navigated their conflict, Li Mingcheng and Bi Qiujing shared a sweet moment, discussing the rarity of human connection in the vast universe and finally feeling like a true couple. One month later, Zhou Shi was in her overseas dorm when Ning Fei, pursued by Snow family bodyguards due to intense internal strife within his family, sought refuge with her.
He revealed that the valuable Xunran paintings he had gifted her were now a point of contention within his family, as their ownership was being disputed. Zhou Shi reassured him, promising to contact a lawyer the next day to formally transfer the ownership back to him. That evening, as Ning Fei offered to walk Zhou Shi back to her school, Zhou Shi, concerned for his safety in the unsafe neighborhood, insisted he take an alarm device from her.
Shortly after, the pursuers caught up, and Zhou Shi urged Ning Fei to flee. On her way home, Zhou Shi was tragically attacked. She awoke in a hospital bed and, after receiving a call from Wei Qing, told him she was breaking up with him and promptly blocked his number. Ning Fei was also hospitalized.
Back in China, during a power outage at her coffee shop, Lin Feifei discovered a beautiful painting of a reindeer that Ning Fei had created for her. Recalling a Nordic legend that a ring hidden in a reindeer's bell signified a proposal, she realized it was Ning Fei's heartfelt proposal, leaving her deeply touched but uncertain when she would ever see him again.
Wei Qing, meanwhile, was preparing to fly abroad to find Zhou Shi when he heard a news report about a Chinese student being attacked in the Eastern Time Zone. He immediately called Zhou Shi, only to receive her devastating breakup message.
