About Is Love 2 Episode 10 Recap
> About Is Love 2 Recap
Bi Qiujing discovered Rachel was still faking unconsciousness, actively retouching Li Mingcheng's photos on her laptop. She threatened to "call the guy in your laptop" if Rachel didn't confess, which Rachel reluctantly did, admitting she couldn't control her urge to edit his pictures. Rachel then recounted her seven-year obsession with Li Mingcheng. Seven years prior, he was a handsome, talented, and righteous lead singer in a student band.
During a performance, he threw his microphone to stop a thief who had stolen Rachel's wallet, instantly captivating her. After the show, Li Mingcheng, noticing Rachel's school uniform, assumed she had skipped class and advised her to return for a room check to avoid a demerit, telling her to find him again after she got into university. Rachel diligently searched for him after college, only to find his band had disbanded.
She finally re-encountered him during a recruitment at the Yunma Investment Department, where her modest resume unexpectedly landed her in his department. However, Li Mingcheng didn't recognize her, and he no longer sang. Despite this, Rachel still admired him and cherished their past promise. Overwhelmed by embarrassment, Rachel begged Bi Qiujing not to reveal her secret to Li Mingcheng, offering to quit her job and delete all photos, declaring she'd "rather die" than face such humiliation.
Bi Qiujing, viewing it as "a girl in love," found the story amusing and even suggested Rachel continue. Rachel, however, feared legal repercussions, grateful that Bi Qiujing's intervention had saved her from "slipping into the abyss of crime." She attributed her actions to "adolescent obsession," convinced that Li Mingcheng would never notice someone as "dumb" as her.
Bi Qiujing disagreed, believing they could communicate despite intellectual differences, just as she and Rachel could, sensing a "special bond" and "strange destiny" between them. A nurse then called out "Bi Qiujing" for discharge, startling both women as they realized they shared the exact same name and birthday – February 2nd, making them both Aquariuses.
Rachel further confirmed that Li Mingcheng had known the name "Bi Qiujing" seven years ago and had even expressed his fondness for it, promising to remember it. Meanwhile, Wei Qing and Zhou Shi's collaboration at Sno Group was a battleground of clashing work philosophies, their loud arguments frequently alarming assistant Pei. Wei An, unfazed by the commotion, calmly advised Pei to let them be, knowing they would eventually reconcile. Their arguments persisted, even in the pantry.
Wei Qing insisted on using Master Wu Zheng's widely popular landscape collection for their joint jewelry design, emphasizing its "national recognition." Zhou Shi, conversely, criticized him for catering to popular tastes, arguing that Wu Zheng's true artistry lay in his constant "groundbreaking" and self-reinvention, not in past popular works. She accused Wei Qing of lacking artistic appreciation and sarcastically suggested he "hold a talent show" if he simply wanted to please the public.
Wei Qing retorted that he was a businessman, not an artist. Their heated debate continued until the company's power was cut for the day, and they were finally ushered out by the cleaning lady. The cleaning lady commented on Wei Qing being "rubbish," cautioning Zhou Shi against dating him. Zhou Shi, seemingly agreeing, classified Wei Qing as "recyclable waste" because he was "single-use garbage."
To stop his persistent lingering, Zhou Shi planted a quick kiss on his cheek, asking if he was "satisfied" and had achieved his "eight hours of happiness." When Wei Qing attempted another kiss, Zhou Shi sharply warned him against "touching Ning Fei," vividly describing methods of non-recyclable waste disposal as his potential fate if he dared. Wei Qing claimed he could "smell Ning Fei's scent" on her.
Zhou Shi urged him to keep Ning Fei out of their adult conflicts, hoping they could at least "say 'see you tomorrow'". Simultaneously, Xue Zi called Zhou Shi, summoning her to her villa. Upon returning home, Wei Qing found Ning Fei cuddling a small puppy, a creature Wei Qing was terrified of. Ning Fei teased him for his fear, but Wei Qing threatened him, claiming he hadn't taken his medication in two days.
After Ning Fei secured the puppy, Wei Qing questioned him about his medicine. Ning Fei explained that Xue Zi had prescribed it to control his mood and prevent "overthinking," as painful memory fragments often flooded his mind when he tried to recall his past. He mentioned the medicine helped him sleep soundly and also kept him from remembering old events. Wei Qing deduced that Ning Fei's amnesia was likely connected to these drugs.
He encouraged Ning Fei to stop suppressing his memories, suggesting that revisiting his past might reveal more about himself and the important people he had forgotten, asking if forgetting them wasn't a pity. Ning Fei then complained about "that girl," Lin Feifei, chasing him out for breaking a bowl, which he found ridiculous, dismissing it as "just a bowl."
Wei Qing reacted with solemnity, suggesting it was better for Ning Fei to remain amnesiac, as remembering might cause him to "strangle himself." Ning Fei experienced fragmented memories of Lin Feifei's intense distress over the broken bowl and his attempts to replace it. Later that night, unable to sleep, Ning Fei dreamed of a locked box, which aroused his curiosity. He then snuck into Wei Qing's room, attempting to join him in bed, but Wei Qing quickly pushed him away.
Meanwhile, Zhou Shi arrived at Xue Zi's villa. Xue Zi gave her a month's supply of Ning Fei's medication and a special ointment for Zhou Shi's hand injuries, playfully feigning concern about Zhou Shi's work efficiency. Zhou Shi was touched by Xue Zi's care for Ning Fei, but Xue Zi expressed frustration that despite her efforts, Ning Fei had moved into Wei Qing's house. Zhou Shi was shocked by this revelation and immediately resolved to make Ning Fei move out.
Xue Zi also had documents about Wei family members on her table. Zhou Shi questioned Xue Zi's intense hatred for Wei Qing, suggesting that as equally formidable figures, they could collaborate. Xue Zi vehemently refused, stating that their equal strength meant "it's either him or me," and she hated Wei Qing, wishing him dead, convinced he wouldn't cooperate with her either.
When Zhou Shi later proposed a collaboration with Xue Zi to Wei Qing, he flatly refused, offering no specific reason other than "their fates violate each other," giving him a "headache." Zhou Shi, feeling caught as a "middleman," tried to persuade Wei Qing to work with Xue Zi, but he stubbornly refused. Wei Qing then questioned why she seemed to prefer Xue Zi as a boss.
Zhou Shi explained that Xue Zi offered a level of companionship and understanding he couldn't, such as accompanying her to the restroom, shopping for lingerie, or doing spa treatments. She also knew Zhou Shi's menstrual cycle and would immediately provide sanitary products when needed, asking Wei Qing if he could do the same. Wei Qing, eager to prove himself, declared he could, immediately asking for the date of her next period.
Zhou Shi initially refused, stating they weren't close, but then her period unexpectedly started. In her distress, she was forced to admit that Wei Qing was more important than Xue Zi to secure his help in buying sanitary supplies. Wei Qing went to the supermarket but returned with a pack of adult diapers, size L, much to Zhou Shi's exasperation.
He attempted to justify his purchase by claiming it was 90% similar in function, blaming the salesperson for the mistake and feeling too "bad" to ask for a change. With Zhou Shi needing to use the restroom, Wei Qing, instead of a princess carry as she jokingly anticipated, wheeled her to the restroom in an office chair. Afterwards, he covered her stained clothes with his jacket and carried her to his car.
When Zhou Shi suggested going to his house as it was nearby, Wei Qing initially hesitated, claiming he had just adopted a "stray dog." However, he quickly called Wei An, instructing him to take the "stray dog" (Ning Fei) to the "veterinary clinic" immediately, as he was bringing a guest home.
