> Love Under the Full Moon Recap

Xu Xiaodong explains his long-term investigation into his father's stolen system to Jin Xiaorui. After looking into the eight original shareholders of Piggy Tech, only Zhao Yaoyang, the founder of Yao Yang Tech, remains a person of interest. Xu Xiaodong suspects that if Zhao was involved, something belonging to his father must be hidden within Yao Yang Tech's corporate systems.

Jin Xiaorui remarks on how careful Xu Xiaodong has been, even keeping his identity as the famed hacker Winter a secret. After going on an online shopping spree for kitchenware, Lei Chuxia is surprised to learn that Xu Xiaodong has already converted a room in his studio into a small kitchen for her. He explains it's to help her regain her memories so she can leave sooner.

She immediately tries baking, and despite the cakes' unappealing appearance, both Xu Xiaodong and Jin Xiaorui are shocked to find they taste delicious. Their snack is interrupted by a visit from Qin Yue, a popular web host. Jin Xiaorui explains to a curious Lei Chuxia that Qin Yue is Xu Xiaodong's "goddess" and he can never refuse her requests. Qin Yue asks Xu Xiaodong to monitor the backend for an important livestream the next day.

Wary of the eavesdropping pair, Xu Xiaodong quickly agrees, hoping to make Qin Yue leave as soon as possible. The next day, as they prepare for the livestream, Lei Chuxia is thrilled to receive an encouraging private message from her idol, the hacker Winter, unaware that it's actually Xu Xiaodong. Once the stream begins, they are horrified to discover that Qin Yue is hosting a memorial service, and the person being memorialized is Lei Chuxia, with her photo displayed prominently.

Xu Xiaodong immediately cuts the live feed and gets the address from his AI, Turing. They race to the location, where Wei Xuanhe is speaking. In a moment alone, Wei Xuanhe murmurs his guilt over an incident at a cliff ten years ago, wishing to put it behind him. He turns and is stunned to see Lei Chuxia standing before him. He grabs her in shock, but she has no memory of him and is frightened.

Xu Xiaodong intervenes, pulling Wei Xuanhe away. Now knowing her name, Turing finds her family's address. When they arrive, Lei Chuxia sees her mother, Wu Ping. Emotionally overwhelmed, she calls out to her. The intense emotion causes Chuxia's energy field to interfere with Wu Ping's pacemaker, making her collapse. Xu Xiaodong calls for an ambulance. At the hospital, the doctor explains that Wu Ping's pacemaker was disrupted but she is now stable.

When she wakes, she insists she saw her daughter, but her husband, Mr. Lei, believes she was hallucinating. He tells Xu Xiaodong that they have been searching for Chuxia for ten years. Devastated, Chuxia realizes her unstable energy makes it too dangerous to approach her parents. Seeking a solution, Xu Xiaodong takes her to see Professor Chen Mo.

The astrophysicist reveals a stunning theory: Lei Chuxia is from ten years ago, her arrival coinciding with a gravitational wave he detected back then. This explains why she hasn't aged. While he doesn't know how to send her back, he offers to invent a device to stabilize her energy, which would allow her to reunite with her parents. However, he requires significant funding for the research, which Lei Chuxia resolves to find on her own.

Back at the spot where she first appeared, a dejected Lei Chuxia tries various ways to return to her time, all of which fail. To lift her spirits, Xu Xiaodong arranges black and white tiles into a giant QR code. When she scans it with her phone, her name appears. He explains this was a game he used to play with his late father, using the analogy of binary code to encourage her.

He tells her that just as zeros and ones form a complex world, she is the foundation of her own new reality and can find her own meaning. They then formally reintroduce themselves, marking a new beginning. That night, Xu Xiaodong takes Lei Chuxia to watch her parents return home from the hospital. When the neighborhood's faulty street lamps flicker out, she instinctively uses her energy to light them all up, illuminating a colorful staircase.

The sight triggers a forgotten childhood memory: after getting lost, her father comforted her by painting the stairs into a "rainbow staircase" so she could always find her way home. Just as she is absorbed in this precious memory, she receives a call from Professor Chen, who tells her he has good news.
