Ruan Dongsheng then presented two blood samples, asking the doctor to perform a DNA test to confirm if they belonged to the same person.
The doctor agreed to provide the results in three days. Upon receiving the report, which confirmed the samples were 99. 9% identical, Ruan Dongsheng was pleased, realizing Eva was indeed Zhen Yuanyuan. Meanwhile, Zhen Yuanyuan, now slim as Eva, celebrated her transformation. However, her happiness was tinged with sadness as she recalled Ruan Dongsheng's mother's harsh words. Meanwhile, Rebecca, still suspicious about Eva and the "fat girl," requested hotel surveillance footage from a previous ceremony, ostensibly for a lost diamond necklace, but in truth, seeking to find evidence linking Eva to Zhen Yuanyuan.

They reported the incident to the police, who, after reviewing surveillance footage, identified Ni Hao as a prime suspect due to his consistent presence near Eva's residence.
