Love Me If You Dare Episode 24 (Ending) Recap
> Love Me If You Dare Recap
Having revealed his true identity, Lin Yiyang gloated to the captive Bo Jinyan, declaring that both Tommy and Xie Han were merely his "creations." He expressed profound disappointment in Xie Han for failing to defeat Bo Jinyan and sculpt him into a masterpiece. Lin explained that he had been by Bo's side unnoticed for a long time, viewing him as the most beautiful material for his art.
He revealed that Xie Han, who held a blind worship for him, had committed suicide after sensing Lin's waning interest. Lin then detailed his master plan: to frame Bo Jinyan for murder with fabricated evidence, creating an inescapable situation. His ultimate goal was to shatter Bo's psyche, allowing the "Allen" personality—whom Lin considered his most perfect creation—to take over completely. To break Bo's will, Lin falsely claimed that Allen had already killed Jian Yao.
In a final act of cruelty, Lin Yiyang stabs Bo Jinyan's wound, but as he does, a small recording device falls out. At that moment, FBI agents storm the room, stunning a bewildered Lin Yiyang, who cannot believe he was ever a suspect. Bo Jinyan calmly explains the numerous flaws in his "perfect" plan.
First, he had Yin Ziqi provide a testimony and a blood sample from the sanatorium, which proved Lin Yiyang was not a drug addict and that his condition was a ruse. Second, he deduced that only Lin, who was inside the hospital, could have meticulously identified and manipulated Dr. Qin to become Li Xunran's doctor—a feat impossible for the fugitive Xie Han.
Bo then reveals the recorder was his ultimate trump card; he had purposefully instructed Dr. Barnes to sew the device into his wound, correctly anticipating that Lin would be baited into a full, recorded confession. Lin Yiyang makes one last move, using hypnosis to compel FBI agent Sam to take Yin Ziqi hostage. However, Bo Jinyan had anticipated this as well. He reveals that he had previously retrieved blood evidence from his mentor Ewan's cabin.
DNA testing proved the blood belonged to Sam, exposing him as the mole who had killed Ewan and shot Bo Jinyan. Prepared for this contingency, the FBI team swiftly subdues Sam and rescues Yin Ziqi. With Lin's recorded confession of abetting murder and orchestrating the frame-up, Bo Jinyan is unequivocally cleared of all charges. Once safe, Bo Jinyan apologizes to his sister, Yin Ziqi, for knowingly putting her in danger. She warmly forgives him, stating they are family.
Jian Yao, who had been protected in another room, is released and reunites with Bo Jinyan in an emotional embrace. Later, while on a yacht, Bo Jinyan holds Jian Yao and proposes, vowing to love her with all of his life and intelligence. Deeply moved, she accepts with a kiss. A month later, wedding invitations are sent to their friends and colleagues. Li Xunran, now recovered from his injuries, receives his invitation and smiles, happy for the couple.
Dr. Barnes asks Yin Ziqi to attend the wedding with him, hinting at a new romance. However, the story concludes on an unsettling note. As Jian Yao happily cooks in their mountain villa, Bo Jinyan stands on the terrace, gazing into the distance with a faint smile on his face, disturbingly reminiscent of his alter ego, Allen.
