During their interaction, Xu Qingyou struggled, and her bra strap unexpectedly came undone. Mo Lingze thoughtfully offered his suit jacket to cover her. Taking this opportunity, he explained that his mother's favorite dish was hairy crabs, a dish he hadn't eaten since her passing.
Xu Qingyou, realizing she had inadvertently touched upon a sensitive topic, apologized for her lack of awareness. Later, Lawyer Fan met with Shangger to discuss the acquisition of French DDS Media Company. He touted its vast portfolio of 124 top international sports event copyrights and a valuation of $1. 2 billion, noting that many large companies, including Jinyang Capital, would participate in the acquisition.
Mo Lingze, however, raised concerns about the valuation being too high, pointing out that European sports event copyrights are typically not permanent, often expiring every three to five years. While there, the building experienced a sudden power outage, causing her to slip and sprain her ankle. Shortly after, Fan Yunxi called, but their conversation was abruptly cut short when Xu Qingyou's phone battery died. Meanwhile, Mo Lingze, upon seeing the sudden power outage in the building where Xu Qingyou was working, quickly made his way to the 20th-floor viewing platform, armed with a flashlight.
He found Xu Qingyou injured and, without hesitation, knelt down to carefully massage her sprained ankle, his focused demeanor moving her. Later, Fan Yunxi arrived, having rushed over after his call with Xu Qingyou was disconnected and he couldn't reach her. He expressed his concern for Xu Qingyou and questioned Mo Lingze's presence. Before parting ways, Mo Lingze proposed that he and Xu Qingyou meet the following day to discuss the live broadcast process.
